I had to make a quick stop at the Ups store to fax some documents this afternoon. Both of the young ladies who were working were very polite and helpful .

I had some items shipped to this store but wasn't a mailbox holder. I knew there would be a charge for them to receive it and hold it for me until I was able to get over there and pick it up. The service I received was exceptional from Andrea and Delilah. They watched for my shipment because I gave them my tracking numbers in advance and they contacted me when the order was delivered to their store. I highly recommend this store. Thank you very much.

Great costumer service from the UPS staff, always helpful when needed. One of the ladies named Andrea is very nice and outstands with her great costumer service.

This place is a joke. They tried to charge me 5 dollars to print a single shipping label. Only came here because it was close to My job. Last time ever. Never in my 30 years of life has someone tried to charge me 5 dollars to print single sheet of paper. I was offended. You lose money trying to be greedy

About a year ago i went to this ups store to return a package from Amazon. Jared the employee got mad because i removed my shipping address from the box. He told me i had to return back to my house to get the label. From my knowledge he has to print a new label.
When i came back his manager was in the counter and i told her what jared had said. That it wasn’t necessary to go back to my house to get the label.
Suddenly Jared got frustrated and came to me. Yelling he said if i was gay. He said to what year i finished my education. His manager was listening and did nothing.
He continued insulting me and I stepped out and got out of that ups store. He followed me
To my car and laughed and took a picture of my car.
I called the police and did a report. The next day i called corporate and explained what had happened to me at the ups store.
They gave me an email address of the owner so i could get in touch but never got a reply. I then called back corporate and told them the owner doesn’t reply. They gave me his or her phone number. I called and leaved a messege. Once again never replied back.
I called corporate again and explain what was happening and told them i will opened a civil lawsuit. The next day i called back corporate to get information but also corporate did not answear my calls.
I suffer severe depression and this really affect my life. I got humiliated in front of customers, got ask about my sexual orientation in front of everyone.
I am back and i will take this ups to a civil lawsuit. I want the owner to do something so this doesn’t happen again to anyone.

$19.14 to send ground, a small envelope of 4x6 pictures. If I went to USPS, it would have been 2 stamps!!Lesson learn

I’ve been coming here for years because of work. This place has its peak times but the workers are always working through each customer. Almost always greeting me even though I try to rush in and out of there. I’ve never caught any of their names til today. Evie, Sam and others have been nice to me. Evie will even go out of her way to help and make sure my packages are all there or even answer any questions. I won’t go into any details about myself, but being treated with kindness goes a long way for me and to the folks at this store, thank you. Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed.
