Great. My baby Muppet has had some bad groomers. She came out happy. Smiled all the way home. She is a nervous little dog but had no anxiety going there. The staff was excellent and understood my concerns. This is my permanent groomer.

What a great find! I happened to be in the area and needed a nail grind for both of my dogs. Found this gem on my gps and it had pretty high ratings on google. So I went there and was so happy to find friendly people who were not busy at a place that charges an extremely reasonable $11/dog for this service. My smaller dog’s nails took maybe 3 min and only a few minutes more for the bigger one…but the groomer still apologized for the “wait”. ? I couldn’t be happier with all aspects of this experience. Definitely recommend!! ?

What a awesome experience! The staff is amazing they answered any questions I had and even explained somethings I was unaware of. They took great care of my little Oliver! Highly recommend Urban Mutts!

Took my dog to get groomed for the 1st time here and they brought her out with poop all over her butt and tail and didn't offer to clean her off or anything, it's like she had pooped in the kennel and sat in it for who knows how long, she smelled so bad and she wasn't even fully dried, my dog was terrified...will not be returning...why pay for a bath when you give her back dirtier than I brought her

Sometimes very professional and sometimes not. The problem is knowing when they are going to do a good job. or maybe it's the groomer who cut my dog's hair, they should have more quality control

They took me on a last minute notice. I couldn't be more thankful. They did a great job and I am super happy with their customer service and care of my babies. They are a little pricey compared to my last groomer, but I'm sure that's just inflation for ya. Nothing negative to say about this establishment.

When I am in town, I stop in for a quick nail trim. No need for an appointment as they allow drop in before 2pm. $11 for this service. Staff is friendly and courteous.
