Zero stars. I've had an account with US bank 20 years and my dad over 30 years. Today this branch had him purchase a cashiers check in order to deposit it into my account because they said it was over the limit. Meanwhile he's deposited the same about before with no issues. I'm disappointed that they don't answer their phone, ever. Been calling for an hour now. Even called the 1-800 number and they tried calling and no answer. I've been contemplating closing my account but I think now I will. Super disappointed. I'd like a reimbursement for the cashiers check.

My wife and I have been US Bank customers since our move to Las Vegas in 2006. We’ve always been treated with professionalism and a sense of appreciation. Yesterday we met with Loan Officer Bianca Cruz at the East Lake Mead and Civic Center location and were treated with the utmost care, patience and professionalism. Bianca’s customer service skills are truly impeccable and second to none. The way she presents herself and is so friendly and patient will always be appreciated. She simply made us feel welcome and like family. She’s a godsend and a gem!! A great asset to US Bank and the Las Vegas community! With all the multiple people in line they only have one cashier /One bank teller, deise overworking the teller window and working the drive-thru, customer service is horrible, I hate this branch they give us bank a horrible name and there's only a handful of us banks in vegas to began with.

The customer service here sucks. It’s been over a year that they closed my account and still don’t give me my money. I’ve provided everything they asked for and the manager Juan just doesn’t want to give me my money. I’ve already spoke to both fraud departments and the bank and they said only Juan can release my funds im not sure why if it’s my money not his. It was 1000 dollars and still nothing.

On June 1st, 2023 around 10 am I went to wire some money. The process only took about 10 minuets and I had no issues. While I waited those 10 minuets I seen how friendly and helpful the bankers were to each customer. A female customer who looked like she was having a bad day and appeared to be waiting on money to be deposited to her account was treated so nicely by a male and female banker. They explained to her that the money wasn't there and they understood any frustration she may have had. In the meantime , They offered her water and a lollipop while she waited. I don't know what that female customer's situation was but I do know that she was in need of money and also it was extremely hot outside. Seeing the bankers offer her water, be sympathetic to her situation and also telling her to wait inside the bank due to the heat was awesome. Good job to this bank for having outstanding customer service. Every single person on that shift was helping each other and friendly to the three customers I seen come in!

Las week i tried to log in to my bank app and it was disabled so i called the bank and they said my account has been suspended and it was in the fraud department, spoke with the general manager his name is Juan dont know his last name. He told me that my funds were on hold for investigation i had 3,500 in my account. Obviously i have nothing to hide so i went try to talk to him yesterday 8/9/22 the teller said he just stepped out to lunch so i showed the teller my business information i told her i have my own business here is the proof of source of my money coming in to my us bank account i said to her its not fair you guys are holding my money for almost 2 months for investigation for fraud. She immediately changed her attitude and said i was a good customer i said you guys are loosing a good customer. I said i am coming back to talk to the general manager about my money. I left 30 min later he calls me and said i was able to talk to the fraud department finally and he said i can give you your funds back. I went immediately back to the back of course he was not there. But the lady there the teller was very nice while she was closing my account i showed her proof that i have a legitimate business, by this time it was too late the general manager Juan had already cosed my account for good. I hope there is something i can do on my end so that this does not happens to other people. I even think that Juan does this to people he thinks is doing shady business and tells them that in hopes they get scared and never comeback so he can keep that money. I don't know all i know is that they were trying hold my money for so called investigation for fraud and because i had nothing to hide i went and confronted the situation and that Juan never had the guts to tell me in my face. But somehow by some miracle he gave me my money when they said multiple times i was under investigation for fraud.

Horrible customer service.I keep going to this branch because is the only one near by. I make business deposits every I come by.Us bank have business line, which for my understanding means they would assist you as priority. when I asked the teller , I was told they don’t treat that line as a priority, so the next time I came by , I stood behind another person on the regular line; but a customer walked in after I did and stood on the business line … all the tellers greeted her by her name; for my surprise they called her to the front, so the guy complained because he’s been standing there for a while… I was supposed to be next since they don’t give “priority” to business line, but no; she was called before me, when I asked why ,I was told because mistakes happens and she didn’t even make eye contact with me lol. There’s not point in talking to the manager (which I did) because all of the ppl that work there have the same energy. Considering in changing bank.

I have been a customer of U.S. Bank for a few years. They have seen me through some rough times and never once was I treated as anything less than a loyal customer. They notified me immediately when they suspected my account was hacked. It was. They handled everything for me. They have been absolutely professional but more importantly, they have been kind. I could have placed the money from the sale of my house in any bank. Most banks are the same. What turned me into a customer was their outstanding customer service. Every bank should aspire to be like this bank.
