16 weeks and I’m still waiting for the keys. The lady there every week keep telling me I can be more time. This is not normal.
I told her to look for my lost package Also and all she said was is not here.

Call 800 # first. They gave me the direct number to the Post Office. No one picked up the phone. I called over 20 times and never got an answer. THESE PEOPLE need to understand not everyone can just jump in a car and go in person. ANSWER THE PHONE.

The bald man named Joe at the front was one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to, and I used to work in food service. He spoke to me as if I didn’t know English. He was incredibly condescending and overall the biggest smartass I’ve ever met. He has no customer service skills and clearly hates his job. Will never go back to this location

Griselle is having a hard time doing her job and needs to be trained on customer service. She stated I needed to purchase tape for my box then proceeded to pull it out and tape it just to turn around and tell me I need to get a different box. When I get back to the counter she tries to tell me I still need to buy the tape that SHE opened. Once I refused she brushed me off and said she was no longer helping me. “I’m not helping her” was her exact words. I asked for a manager. She refused to get a supervisor until I stated I’d be reporting her. I understand it’s a lot going on but it’s not okay for you to take those frustrations out in me. Justin was able to step in and help me deliver my package.

the worst location in all of vegas. you have better luck picking up shit on the clean end then getting help here. everyone is rude. witnessed a supervisor not deescalate but escalate a situation.

We we t to get our passports because the webpage was not working to set up an appointment. We were told that they take 4 walk ins every Tuesday, Wednesday and friday morning only. You get a number and have to return from 3 to 4pm to do the process.

I need to get a key after buying a house. They had 2 lines, after 1 hout wait they told me I had than go to another line to make that request. I need to order a key, why can't they make a request. It takes 10 days for them to make it.
