The best pharmacy I've ever had in my life, Cristy is an incredible human being and very committed, she helps you a lot and is always up to date with all her clients' medications. I have been using your services for 3 years and I have never had to call to refill a medication! She is always aware of it and she also delivers it to the door of your house. Many Blessings Cristy ?? Kristy is very knowledgeable, and quick which was exactly what I needed this day! I came to this pharmacy in need of having my prescription filled very quickly. I was supposed to be on the road for an out of town trip but the pharmacy that I tried to get the prescription filled at had their system down and explained I would have to wait, thank goodness for Value Pharmacy! 15 minutes later my prescription was filled and I was on my way! Great prices, fantastic customer service, and quick explanations as to the insurance prices and what is the best bang for my buck. Thank you, you have a dedicated customer going forward! Support your small businesses! This place is wonderful.

5-star review for Value Pharmacy, 3880 W. Ann Road, Las Vegas, NV 89031. If you do not know how private pharmacies work, you are missing out and losing money. Most people use chain pharmacies because they think their insurance won't be accepted at smaller ones. They also mistakenly believe that chain pharmacies will give them the best prices because they are a bulk business. Surprise! Chains are not the better price! But most small private pharmacies DO have better prices plus they accept most insurances!After so many bad experiences [SERIOUSLY BAD] at chain pharmacies, I am just burned out. And yes, I'll name them: CVS and Walgreens. I used the CVS near me for 10 years, just because it was very close - until I just could not put up with not enough employees, standing in line for hours, receiving wrong prescriptions and having difficulty getting prescriptions filled, and the general overall rudeness of the workers just because they were shorthanded and unhappy with the work conditions. Then I moved to Walgreens, and the employees were very nice, but I had the same difficulty receiving prescriptions and keeping them organized for refills. I would turn in 15 prescriptions in one day expecting to make a once-a-month trip for refills. Nope. I made a trip almost every other day to pick up one refill at a time. Ridiculous!I was with a nice private pharmacy for a while, but it closed, and I moved to chain pharmacies for the same wrongful thoughts - big chains cannot give you good service when it comes to prescriptions, especially if you are older and juggle 10-15 serious medications every month.So I needed another private pharmacy with that personal quality customer service and great pricing - and I found one. What makes private pharmacies like Value Pharmacy (Manager Kristy Tran) better: (1) Your prescription can be delivered, free, every time (2) Because it is delivered, they go the extra mile to combine and deliver your scripts together as much as possible, (3) The pricing is fabulous and much less than most chain brands if you don't have insurance, (4) Smaller pharmacies go out of their way to find you great prices on paid prescriptions, (5) Private pharmacy managers will call and inform you of changes or issues with your scripts and work something out that can help, (6) Choose delivery and never stand in line again, (7) Most of your scripts can be ready in 1-2 days. It's already sounding better, isn't it?My last visit at my chain pharmacy three weeks ago ended with my being told one of my prescriptions was going to be filled three weeks late (for the last three months it had been filled a week to 10 days late each time) - unacceptable. Plus another script had to be ordered from Arizona, so one week delay. I've never been told that by a private pharmacy. Value Pharmacy filled my scripts the day I switched them - even the one the chains constantly filled late. How come it was taking chain pharmacies more than a week for the same thing?Ask for Manager Kristy Tran. Change pharmacies. Learn how to leave the chain-gang stress behind. Call me a satisfied customer, and I'm using my FREE time for fun instead of standing in line and fixing the chain-gang errors.

Kristy is amazing and so fast. NO more long lines I have to wait in. Best Pharmacy in Las Vegas I recommend. Prices that cant be beat affordable and fast. Pharmacist is very friendly and professional.

I have not used them yet, but 5⭐s for promptly answering an email question!It's nearly impossible to get a phone call answered at chain pharmacies I've used. (I realize that many chains are very short staffed, so this is not a dig at the hard working pharmacists themselves.)
