Long line lady behind the register just talking to a family of about five. Another employee seems to be with the family for a solid four minutes. We had to listen to them talk while we just stood there. Patiently had no in the world. Then once the family leaves every time the cashier waits on somebody else she is texting instead of trying to get them out of there in a timely manner

I am diabetic and have had issues getting my Trulicity and now I can't even get Lantus filled! On back order for over a week just trying to get Lantus! The Dr sent an anti anxiety medication for my dad and guess what...back order....for a national pharmacy with a ton of locations...why aren't they getting the meds???

Had so much trouble with this pharmacy.
Service is so slow with no urgency or consideration of people's time. They never have refills or meds in stock or ready. They send notifications out,that it's ready for pickup. Then at the time of pickup. They tell you it's not ready or they don't have it. They don't run Insurance correctly wanting to charge extra for meds they shouldn't. No effort at all.

Pharmacy is trash. They are always behind and even if you go in you won't get your medicine... Oh did you need it before next week why would you need your pain medicine before next week?

Someone explain to me why it takes 4 hours to fill one prescription with 14 pills. If you're in any type of pain pick a different Walgreens or go to CVS

Has anyone ever had to wait an hour for a prescription? I went up to the window told them I was there to pick up a prescription geeky looking kid says it wasn't ready yet could I have a seat, I said sure. Sat there for an hour watching people come and go the guy who originally checked me in could see me clearly still sitting there. Finally went up to him and told him I was there for an hour was my prescription ready yet, then I saw him walk up to the pharmacist and I seen them fill it right on the spot they did it in less than 2 minutes I could have been out of there in about 10 minutes. Geeky looking kid there must be smoking crack or something, I don't know what's wrong with him. I'll never go to that Walgreens again that's for sure, most terrible service I ever had at a pharmacy.

No manager visible to help the cashier although she kept calling for manager assistance. There was a line of about 12 people.

It may be the area- but if services are offered and I come in to use them, don't lie and tell me you stop at 7. There are no posted policies on any Walgreens websites that say you can't reload cards after anytime. So provide the service-that literally takes 2 mins- possibly less to do.
I stopped at this location and was told off, called another and still almost got denied. I don't get it. Safety issue fine, but your drawers are being counted and I have to wait 30 min? Or we stop doing that at 7-but all websites for any site say otherwise? And then proceed to do it in a fraction of a second because I persisted? Why lie!
At least have the policy posted somewhere! Unless it's just laziness...I wouldn't be so bothered if my time wasn't wasted for no legitimate reason. I have a feeling these locations do it to everyone and get away with it. Waste your own time! People need the services whether you think it's valid or not.

Tried calling and it says they are temporarily closed when I know they’re open. Went down to the store and the people in the pharmacy wouldn’t come to their drive thru so I could pick up my antibiotic.

The pharmacy staff is incredible. There is an error with my son's script and they are working SO hard to fix it. Nicole has been so kind and compassionate on the phone and the pharmacist Irene has gone above and beyond trying to contact our Doctor on base. She even waited on hold for 20 minutes for us. I know how busy they are and it means so much to me how much they are trying to help!!!
