genuinely horrible customer service, I put a order to print a poster and called them to make sure they received it. After waiting I got on the phone and was told that they’ll work on my order. After waiting for my order to be done, I call again to confirm and was told that they didn’t even start on the order and that they were out of poster boards. Genuinely horrible service.

Lady at the pharmacy window was so unprofessional! I asked when my other meds would be ready she said call and someone will let you know? If I'm at the drive Thur why would I call 🥴 it's always something there and no one to speak to regarding your concerns!!

Overnight Employees in the bathroom on their phones instead of working If we were working we wouldn't be treating customers Like they're stealing constantly.We would have the staff present to help customers in the store.Not in the on their cell phone

The Asian cashier is rude & seems annoyed about doing her job. Bunch of shady people just standing outside of this location. I will avoid this location in the future.

Transferred 3 times.
On hold for 56 minutes, someone picked up 4 times and just kept placing me on hold without saying a word could only hear the background only to be disconnected.

My mom always go to this pharmacy at midnight to pick up her medication and
sometimes is not ready. Desperate I had to take her to another Walgreens that it is 3 miles from her house because that was the only one who had it. She always check her medication too because they have given the wrong medication twice.
My mother is 82 year old.

This place is a joke. Yesterday they were trying to force me to pay for 2 scripts that i am allergic to , to get my pain med. I have told them before i am allergic and they don’t care. Why would you withhold my pain meds and waste my money on something i can’t take. I did write there customer service dept but this needs to be taken higher. They can’t and shouldn’t be withholding my pain meds. I only get a few as it is and need them. I hate this pharmacy and it’s sad when you have no choice but to go there. I wouldn’t even give them a star but this thing made me.

If you're ever bored and up for a challenge, I have one for you. The challenge is, try to get an actual pharmacist to speak with you over the phone.
Let's start by adding confusing. Right away when you call them you get the surprise of caller ID telling you that you've called a Western Union Agent. But no worries. It really IS Walgreens. I think they just use that in hopes that you'll hang up immediately. If you don't you'll get an automated system. After demanding "pharmacy" three times it WILL transfer you to the pharmacy. Here's where the real challenge will come. Either she will answer and say "pharmacy, please hold" and then slam the phone down, hanging up on you...which means you have to try again, OR she will say "pharmacy, please hold" and actual put you on hold. But you'll wait there. Prepare by having your phone on the charger and some snacks. I am currently just over 1 hour and 35 minutes on hold. Earlier made it to 3 hours on hold but then it disconnected.
It's sad to see so many negative reviews all saying the same thing and not a single reply by any manager or representative from Walgreens taking accountability. I guess that speaks for itself.
