The Asian lady in the morning shift is lazy & needs to be fired. Couldn't be bothered to load cash on a card, made up some nonsense about the "system being down". It uses the registers, if the registers are working the card load function works.

Went to the pharmacy asked for my medication and proceeded to tell me they outta stock, cool they tell me to come the next day we pull into the driveway ask for the medication again and tell me they outta stock tell me why when we told about yesterday they went to grab my medication. i don’t really understand how a pharmacy can do that L pharmacy tbh

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 6 years. It is one of the worst Walgreens pharmacy. The only thing good about this place is the man that is the pharmacist manager. The woman (I think her name is Teresa) pharmacist that always works morning is so rude. I always have issues when she is working. The funny thing is I NEVER have issues when the male pharmacist is working. The pharmacy employees are also a lot more happy when the male pharmacist is working. The female pharmacist has been here as long as I’ve been going here. Please get rid of her. She seems like an awful person and it shows with the people that work with her.

For some reason, the cashier was very sour with my significant other and me due to the poor attitude of another customer. While retail service is difficult, taking out your frustrations on other customers in line is unacceptable.

My first time here and I was impressed with how the store was well-stocked and clean. There were tons of sale going on. I was able to find all of what I intended to buy.
Edel was friendly and very helpful. She offered the walgreens membership and I saved more when I signed up. I really appreciated her gesture.

The drive thru pharmacy takes FOREVER. I see that they haven’t resolved their understaffing from the other reviews. Walgreens do better 🙄

Jessica at this location is beyond unprofessionally rude! I sent a photo order here and she obviously had an issue working the order. Went in to pickup the order went to the “photo” counter just as everyone probably does and Jessica screamed from across the store and said all photo orders are at the register. Oh I’m sorry I had no idea I worked here and knew that’s where they were.

The staff here, management included (Janice) are very unprofessional. I received an email for an online photo promotion. I submitted my order before the promotion expired. I received an email that my order had been received. Hours later I received a second email stating that my order had been canceled. There wasn't a reason included in the email. So I called the store and spoke to Diane. She tells me that they cannot process my order with the promotion because the promotion expired. She didn't give me a reason why my order was canceled. While I was in the middle of talking to her, she speaks over me. So that upset me and asked to speak to the manager. She hangs up on me. So I had to call back 4xs before Janice the manager, finally answers the phone. I let her know that I was hung up on and she insists on arguing with me that Diane did not hang up the phone. I explained my concern and I'm told that they cannot accommodate me because the promotion is now over. These two employees should not be in the hospitality industry. I understand why this location has such a low rating. My guess is that they don't want to honor any promotions. This is bad for business Walgreens.

The pharmacy department is complete trash! They don't know what they are doing at this location. I called to have my prescription transferred to the 24 hour walgreens on craig rd and the girl I spoke to was extremely rude and she told me that I would have to call the one on craig rd because she could not do it. So I called the one on craig rd and they inform me that this walgreens was supposed to cancel the prescription on their end first, so I would be able to transfer it to the one on craig rd. Like really? The girl knew I wanted to transfer the prescription over to craig rd, yet she doesn't cancel it on her end. Lazy and incompetent doesn't even begin to describe the pharmacy dept over here. I've now been on the phone calling this place for the 2nd time today and I've been waiting for over an hour already. Unbelievable! This place needs help and better training of their staff. Never coming here again.

Man this pharmacy sucks. The pharmacist is always professional always understanding great attitude, the women pharmacist not so much she is always rude, always has attitude and always gives us hard time. She need to no work here her attitude is so unprofessional.
The staff does not no how to multi task,at all very,very,very,very,very slow

Went into get a few items and use the bathroom and they said it was closed due mold and that the upper management has done nothing about. Shame you should listen to your employees if they say something needs to fix fix it. Especially as serious as mold is.

I like this pharmacy. The store is quiet and clean. They are busy, not rude. Just trying to keep the work flow going. Working in the pharmacy is hard work. People yell and scream at them all day over things they can't control. Doctors offices yell at them over things they can't control. There are so many laws, policies and red tape they have to work through all day long. Be patient with them. I never come in expecting to be helped immediately, I know there's usually a wait and I go when I have the time and patience to wait. Major props to those who show up to work everyday knowing at least 1 person is going to yell at them. I know I wouldn't be able to do it.
