A+ for efforts of everyone on pharmacy staff.
Understaffed and overworked.
Website is really messed up these days. I get 2 to 3 texts and/or push notifications for each step, when electronic scripts are sent by doctor, refill requests from me, progress of refills, order ready notification and confirmation of pick up. Many times they're providing conflicting information.
Frustrating for people trying to fill and pick up prescriptions, believe me I know! Same for pharmacy staff who, IMO, are doing their best. Plus they get yelled at by their frustrated customers.

Brilliant! The main store staff is among the best. Ms. Pirti (probably spelling it wrong) is an absolute doll. She helpful when answering questions about the different store programs. I will definitely be a regular here. Appreciate the young man who helped me get my purchases to the car when my leg as injured.

Store is ok, but pharmacy is one star. When needing to speak with someone have hung up at a 15 minute wait. This has happened more than once.

I have always gone to this location as a matter of convenience. I have done this despite having to put up with rude employees and long wait times in the pharmacy department. After today, however, I will NEVER return. Along with the four people ahead of me, I witnessed a female pharmacist scream at an elderly man who was at the head of the line. I have never seen such rude behavior at a retail business. I made this clear to the woman at the front register. She told me she knew exactly who I was talking about. I will now take by future business elsewhere. If Walgreens doesn’t care, why should I?

We absolutely hate this Walgreens. We drive 8 miles to go to the one we used to live by. Sometimes my refills go to this one, I'm not sure why. The pharmacy staff is never the same and they usually have attitudes and piss people off. I'd stay far away!

This pharmacy is not even worthy of a single star. The staff is completely unprofessional and incompetent. I was advised that my prescription would be ready for pickup after 7. We arrived to the pharmacy and they tell us that they don't even have my medication in stock. They then turn off the intercom and refuse to speak to us any longer.

Customer Service sucks. When you call they pick up state please hold n slam the phone down. For about 45 minutes. Worst customer service ever

They took my prescriptions and didn’t enter them into the system. They just held them while they decided to play detective. Super unprofessional. I filed a complaint with the state of Nevada. Will never use Walgreens again.

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for prescription pick up. The pharmacy techs can be nice, but it depends on who’s working.

Convenient location off 215 on Aliante Pkwy. Ample parking with handicap access. Neat clean and organized interior. Minimal wait at checkout. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

pharmacy is the worst service ever. If you do an appointment, they don’t honor that. Terrible customer service.
