It's frustrating when you get in the drive through line and someone pulls up in the lane next to you and gets to jump the line. The pharmacy is already slow as it is so it adds insult to injury when you have to wait for people who arrived way after you did.

Numerous times including currently, I am awaiting a prescription to be filled and it stays in "Being reviewed" status for a week or more. The pharmacy phone rarely gets answered. I called today and stayed on hold for an hour until Finally giving up. There is no notification or reason for the rx "being reviewed" and in the meantime I am unable to take medication as prescribed because Walgreens has been "reviewing " it for over a week. I just transferred all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. You could at least have staff available to answer the phone if you can't or won't fill a prescription. This is beyond unacceptable, holding prescribed medication hostage for no apparent reason with no notification. Yes. I'm furious and will spread the word about Walgreens unsafe pharmacy practices. This pharmacy is endangering patient's lives with this practice. It can't be legal. If you are in the business of patient care, try taking care of the patients. Provide a notification that you either can't or won't fill the rx and give some guidance as to how to fill it. Also. Hire staff who can answer the phone during business hours.

I usually review restaurants and a few other types of businesses, don't remember if I ever did a review at a Walgreens before. Anywho, I know this place gets a pretty bad rap for the pharmacy end of things... maybe well deserved, I mean I've had my share of less than wonderful experiences here mostly with their vaccination clinic though. But today I was really impressed on how well the process worked. I had previously made an appointment for a vaccination, filled out the questionnaires on line etc. showed up early and was actually checked in within less than 2-3 minutes. (On previous visits I was told I couldn't even check in till my appointment time). Sat in the waiting area for less than 5 minutes and was called in by Mary Ann, she apparently is the pharmacy manager and she verified my info then swabbed the injection site and verified the vaccination I was getting . She performed the vaccination injection flawlessly, actually the only thing I felt was the pressure from the obligatory band-aid application. Out the door in about 15 minutes total.... Great job Mary Ann et al.

Prob one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Sent in my refill for my heart medication on Friday. Got notified that my prescription would be ready by 1pm. At 1pm I check the app and it says “we are running behind” and the next day it was the same. There’s no sense in calling cuz you get put on hold and left there indefinitely. I sat on hold for over 30 mins before someone answered and immediately hung up. Then ended up in urgent care on Sunday after running out of my heart medication waiting for my refill. Then this morning I called first thing in the morning and after 24 mins on hold someone finally answered who tells me that they don’t even have my medication but it might be on the shipment later in the day and to try calling back later. This lady was the most dry, uncaring person I’ve ever spoken to. I explained that I need my heart medication to live and I need an alternate solution because I will most likely die if we don’t get this resolved and she flat out said “there’s nothing I can do about that.” Seriously? My only option is to pray that I dont have a heart attack and die in the meantime? Can’t see if other pharmacies have my basic and very common medication or help or have any sense of empathy? This pharmacy is just terrible.

Huge shoutout to Gabriela! She was not only incredibly empathetic when I explained that I was picking up my mom’s medication after her recent heart attack. She went above and beyond by taking the time to search for coupons to help lower the cost of her prescriptions. She was very kind and helpful thank you so much again Gabriela!

This place takes the longest to get prescriptions. I don't understand how they're organized, but they are always busy so it would make sense to me that they reorganize or restructure how they process prescription orders so that they could be more efficient and do a better job getting people in and out faster with their medications.

Pharmacy sucks here. Very rude and unprofessional. Employees on phones and student playing on phones. Called corporate several times and it appears nobody cares. Spoke to store manager also and she told me that she would take care of it and nothing changes here. Everytime I come to pick up medication they are never ready. They tell me to return after lunch and it is still not ready. Everytime I come here it is more than an hour wait. Ridiculous how this pharmacy operates. The pharmacist don't care either ( Penjab) does not care or the women pharmacist either. This place needs to rehire everyone. Please help the community out by providing professional quality care patients deserve. Shame on you Walgreens. No wonder your reviews say 2 stars.

I agree with the people on this post. Walgreens needs to improve their customer service, they need to hire more staff. Walgreens needs to buy larger buildings for their staff because the employees are forced into working spaces too small. employees need to work on their customer service skills and not be rude to the customers because they are overwhelmed. Last but definitely the most important , Walgreens needs to work on keeping their store better stocked with medications that people depend on for their health and wellbeing. Every month Walgreens is out of stock on so many medications. That is something I hear people in the store complaining about.

ZERO STARS!!! This place has absolutely useless pharmacy staff. The simplest of task, they cannot handle. They never have refills ready. They cannot count to save their lives. How someone can have a 30 day supply of pills, three different medications at one pill a day, then tell me one's ready for a fill and the other is not...It's obvious they should be filled at the same time. This is a second grade word problem. On top of all this the pharmacy staff move like molasses. Expect to spend at least 20 minutes here for a simple pick up even if you refill online. While you're waiting in line the only entertainment is them arguing with other patients trying to deflect the responsibility from their own incompetence. No work ethic, no intelligence.
