Most of what I needed, however questionable parking area. Clean and friendly staff. A lot is locked up and staff is needed to retrieve items, but they were pretty swift opening up the cases.

We ordered a TV. The guy drove around in our community and then left and said he couldn't deliver it. How stupid did they send somebody out to deliver it?

This place can never get a pickup order right I always get somebody else's groceries or the wrong groceries how hard is it to read a grocery list? The thing is they think returning your money fixes the problem, no, I went there to get groceries for a reason I want my groceries not my money back. If I wasn't disabled and on a fixed income I would not shop here they never can get anything right and it actually just makes my life more complicated.

This is the worst Walmart I've ever shopped with. The delivery was so horrible I will never do Walmart pickup or delivery EVER again in life. Shame on Walmart for hiring people who would deliver someone's stuff to the street, I guess they thought that was funny, wasting people's time. MAKES NO SENSE!

The super walmart on lakemead and rancho has the worst customer service I have ever seen. It's funny how walmart advertises friendly helpful service yet I have yet to see anyone be friendly or helpful. When u ask to speak to a manager they ignore u. When you ask where a certain item is its not there department!

This Walmart is horrible at answering the phone in all departments etc pharmacy and when you get pharmacy they can transfer you. I have been trying to call for one question for 2 hours. I finally drove to the store to wait 45 minutes for a manager. To get told they can help me this is a very big inconvenience with gas at $5.00. I with I could talk to corporate.

This Walmart location is always very clean and has a really helpful staff, the products I'm looking for are always in stock and everything is nice and tight. Management must be doing an amazing job! Plus the checkout is very spacious and always open

I love Walmart. Ever since 2020 pandemic, they have really stepped up their game. I get all my snacks at Walmart and a lot of my sons clothes :)

Started calling at 8pm to verify delivery of goods for a drop off window of 9-10pm; stood outside my building for an hour even though it said it was on its way and arrived at 945.-The Driver Never showed up.It was never delivered.Kept calling from 8-10:15 pm and tried every department 5-6 times; Not A Soul Answered a phone.I desperately Needed these items for lunch at work tomorrow and the for the weeks lunches, now I will have to purchase 7-11 gas station food for lunch for work tomorrow and possibly every day of the week A... Grrrrreeaaattttt .Highly advise to Not order products for delivery from this store EVER!They were even 45 mins late on following the next day for direct pickup

Poorly run Wal-mart. The staff is nice on the floor and in the pick up area. But don't dare even order delivery. Basically the store loses any ounce of integrity at that point. 3 phone calls and no resolution, just promises, no delivery. What would help this Wal-mart is a better run management team. The problems we experience and other yelpers have comes down to poor management. Management needs to understand the hurdles that both customers and employees have when working with this store and solve those problems. If Doordash isn't doing their job, then you need a plan b. Good news, Amazon still delivers on time. So there are great options out there with a lot less stress. And there are local stores who will serve you well who offer food too. A few extra bucks is worth it for better service.

Let me tell you how it took me 30 minutes to pay for a phone case. Got a phone case from the electronics department, went to pay with my gift card issued by my MC rewards and was automatically told that Walmart could not take the card because it 'did not look like a bar code' waited 15 minutes for a manager that did not come. Asked to try and scan the bar code to see if it worked and she told me 'we don't do that'. A gentleman walked down to customer service to see the manager. She had the same energy. After another 15 minutes of explaining that this card was issued by my CC company and even offering to give my ID. She actually scanned the bar code and guess what happened. IT WORKED!!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT TOOK SO LONG TO TRY AND SCAN MY CODE?!?! Please someone explain this to me. Thank you
