Walmart Neighborhood Market offers convenient grocery shopping with options for online order and delivery, especially for Walmart+ members who enjoy free same-day delivery, no mark-ups, and in-store prices. Customers can order fresh groceries, including organic produce, and benefit from the Freshness Guarantee. Pickup is easy and flexible, with options to select a pickup time and check-in via the Walmart Grocery app. Trained associates handpick the groceries, and staff will load them into customers’ cars. Express Pickup is available for a low fee, making shopping faster. The store accepts SNAP EBT cards and maintains low prices. However, the store operates mainly with self-checkout, which some customers find inconvenient, especially when buying many items. Security measures for the new checkout system are considered strict, with machines freezing if items aren’t scanned correctly. Some customers miss the 24-hour service and note that staff can sometimes be hard to find, appearing to chat among themselves instead of helping shoppers. Despite these issues, many appreciate the helpful staff, such as those who assist with finding seasonings or other items. Overall, Walmart Neighborhood Market provides a practical shopping experience with good prices, but some prefer more staffed checkout options and longer hours.
Great selection, freindly staff! Almost everything in the toiletries aisles are locked behind glass cases however which is extremely annoying when you need to get multiple items in different aisles and need staff assistance to grab a $5 item :|
