Today February 2nd around 1220ish I came in for some items I stopped to get some DayQuil for my wife it was me and a elderly gentleman waiting at the medicine cabinet we both pressed the call button for assistance eventually a lady name SANDY came to help she acknowledged the elderly gentleman and ignored me helped him first didn’t even ask who’s first or anything she gave him the medicine he wanted and he walked away when I told her what I needed she grabbed and clutched it close to her chest and told me I had to pick it up at the front. Sandy needs to be talked to that level of disrespect and customer profiling is completely unacceptable!!!!!

Expired products on the shelf for over a week from the expiration date. Disgusting. Luckily my wife noticed when we got home.

Denise is a very rude and unprofessional cashier. She rarely smiles and is always moody. She never makes the customers feel welcome at the Simmons location. She is not a people person and should be stocking the shelves. She should not be up front dealing with customers.

If you don't want to be treated like a thief, shop at Winco. They also have way better prices and selection

I didn't get to shop. You only have 2 handy cap carts. One was down and the other not charged...I won't be coming back

Don't use scan and go imo. Even though it's close by, I never shop here and don't plan to change that, ever. But, I recently got a w+ membership thru a promo and decided to use scan and go and this was the closest. What a nightmare. Charged $35> for groceries I didn't order and it took me hours to get this fixed. I mean, tried calling and that was a big waste of time so I went back to the store a couple days later and showed the receipt. I scanned 1 item and went to the self checkout and scanned the qr code but when I tried to pay on my phone, the order and the item I scanned disappeared. Couldn't reset the checkout stand and couldn't get any help so I went to another checkout and this time it seemed to work. So as I'm leaving I asked these two fat women just standing around at the checkouts if I had to show anything. They gave the stink eye and said since it was only 1 item, I was good. Good to know whenever I need a new tv. Next day, I see this charge. So eventually after several frustrating calls to walmart, I ended up going back to the store. This woman at the desk was very helpful. She didn't give me a tude about being white and male, and by some miracle, I didn't have to stand in line, but it took forever because I think she went back to find the evidence on their security video. I think it took like 20+ mins and overall I probably spent like 2 hours trying to get my money back. Meanwhile, everyone had to wait while she worked it out. Apology, no. "Here, have some coupons for your trouble", no. All I got was "that's weird". As they concluded, when I went over to another check stand, the other checkout wasn't reset so eventually someone came along and rang up their groceries on me. Bet they were happy. Bet they were sad that they didn't have more groceries. Yes I did get my money back but I didn't get compensated for all the time and frustration.

While having a vast array of products this Walmart needs to have its staff to be trained to be friendlier. There have been times when the staff was rude to me and gave dirty looks for no reason. I go here because of the prices and proximity to my home, not for the staff inactions. They seem very unhappy working there.

I have never been to a more competent friendly staff than at the Neighborhood Walmart on Simmons. Vinny is a very knowledgable pharmacist. He takes the time to explain all medications whether yours or over the counter. He has such a friendly personality it is easy to discuss all medications and possible side effects. His tech Perla was also very helpful and ready to help. She had my prescriptions ready in record time. No waiting and asked if I needed anything else. All the techs that work there are great.and deserve praise. Thank you all for your help and commitment

one of ur workers is just standing there playing on his phone and when we ask him for help he just said ask somebody coz he didn't know instead of him goin ask his co worker if he didn't know. That young guy is annoying. If I ever see him again there I'm gonna make another comment. Everytime I come on that store I will keep on commenting

10:00 p.m. is an excellant time to go. The store is not crowded. The frustrating thing with this store is, so many items are locked up. So you have to wait for someone to respond to your page and open the cases. This is a really slow process during busy times of the day.

This Walmart Marketplace is truly the most horrible and worst Walmart Marketplace I've ever been to in my life. The employees insult and make fun of customers. The employees are also rude and inconsiderate, incompetent and horrible people. I don't know how these people have jobs with the fact that they insult and make fun of their own customers. One time I went to the toilet here and the employee came to literally clean right on top of my feet which gave me an allergic and asthmatic reaction that could have put me in the emergency room. Next time I'll let Walmart put me in the emergency room so I can take them to court and sue them.

Pretty good option for certain non perishable items.
