They scheduled delivery of an item for me and then failed to deliver the item on two separatedays. I called them and they said the item again can't be delivered until Monday. I told them I would come pick it up at their warehouse. They said sounds good. Bad customer service. Don't recommend to use this company. Thanks

I was supposed to have a wash machine delivered by RXO Home delivery service. The drivers were so rude and would not bring in my washer and take out the old one. I had paid for this service already. I had to bring in my washer by myself. They also lied and told me that the Geek Squad was on the phone and I checked with Best Buy and they said they never spoke with this business. I have complained to Best Buy in Riverside and now have to wait a couple more days for Best Buy to send out someone to move my washer up stairs and take out my old one. These delivery men are so rude and do not complete their job. Do not use this service in Riverside, CA. I called the company to file a complaint and she would not take it. Ordered a fender on EBAY this company marks it as delivered. I call the company because I have not received the fender got a hold of the California office and was told to call back because the Las Vegas office phones are down but they will "note" that the shipment never arrived. The next NO return call so I call again this time I got ahold of the Las Vegas office and they show that the ticket was closed out. Not to mention it showed that the package was MISSING dock. BEWARE USING THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY. I'm told over the phone they can not provide me with the information that the shipment is missing that I would need to email the company so the can EMAIL me BACK. If it's noted missing at the dock what DUMMY put it as delivered!!!! I'm SICK of dealing with HORRIBLE customer service!! I pay over $100 to get this shipped and this is this SUCKY SERVICE I GET!!! Not to mention trying to get the $600 part refunded from EBAY because it's showing as delivered. WHO SIGNED FOR A MISSING PART!!! I see why this place has 1 star that's equivalent to NO STARS

Working with this company is like a fever dream. My shipment of very important product landed in the city 48 hours ago, ETA showed (and still, somehow, shows currently) the 8th as the ETA for delivery. We call them today and are told that they "hope" to be able to get this unloaded by tomorrow and that it's due to a shortage of drivers. Well, hell; I'd assume after years of dealing with the same groundhog-dayish BS that y'all would just pay your workers a good wage so you wouldn't always be running on the bare minimum. I'll be making it clear to any and all suppliers we work with : If you use XPO (RXO), you will lose all of our business.
