I have been with MVT for only a few months but I would highly recommend them. They have helped me and my extended family out so much. Amazing staff! Cairee was especially amazing when I brought my mother-in-law in. She is on a fixed income, cairee found all the best deals for her and made her feel so welcome to her new community. She did the same for me when I started my service. Their service workers are always so fast to follow up and get your service connected quickly. Thank you for what you all do for our community!

Quick install. Kind of pricey. No contract. Kind of pricey. Comcast was lower cost and included tv but required a contract for the lower price

Moved to Overton and chose this service. Wasn't getting a very good signal but worked through it and have not had any problems since.

I spoke to Kevin but hung up on me. Then when I called back, he changed his name to Roman ang gave me a different number to call which is not a good number.

I would say I call in with pretty unique issues.... some of them are so outside the box that there may not even be a solution. Not only does the team at MVT always find a way to work through my challenge... they somehow make me feel better during the process. I really appreciate the customer support - it is beyond my expectations.
