Great store. I love small town hardware stores, they seem to have everything you could ever need. There is one employee (could be the owner for all I know) who is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have had a rain check or special order on 1 polish chick for over a year now. Today I find out employees get their pick even before orders or rainchecks. Plus they do not hold chicks but they sure were for their employee Hannah. Hannah had at least 2 polish hens on hold but my order/rain check was gone & I never got a call but I was there at 11am when they were going to start selling them. Just very disappointed my special order/raincheck was tossed & an employee came 1st. I HAVE BEEN waiting & had my name on the raincheck since last year. So just be warned they don’t hold chicks but they will for there employees & they get 1st pick before special orders or rainchecks!
CHECK, I will not contribute my hard earn money to this store anymore! Just wish I could return the 1K of garden materials I just bought. Hannah can spend her whole paycheck there because I will not. For the female I think manager making up stuff that didn’t make since to even her cashier was a joke. You taught your back guy & your cashier the wrong thing because everyone says the rainchecks/special requests go up front.
You look her dead in the eyes & said rainchecks for chicks go somewhere else but did not tell her where they go. I had to tell you to take my raincheck out of the rain check folder & put it where it should go, you rolled your eyes grabbed it & walked off but never told your cashier where they go.
WHY because you made that up, put on the spot & had no answer but lies not let’s make this right.
Good luck I’ll go to mesquite or Ace in town!

Great service. Each time I go I'm immediately asked if I need any help. Hot water heater I bought there was 50.00 less than at a nearby competitor.

This is a great hometown hardware store. If they don't have what you are looking for, they can order it. It is clean and organized. There is home, garden, stationary, and pet supplies as well as a quilt/craft shop. There are also gift items and local honey at the front of the store, and a selection of electronics. The people are so friendly and helpful. They will do anything to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.

The store was well stocked. Employees was friendly. They seemed to have quality hardware and tools. The prices all seemed good.
