One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had a deeply troubling interaction with the same red-haired woman who identifies herself as the manager—an individual referenced repeatedly in other reviews. The consistency of these complaints should be alarming to anyone responsible for this location.
Her conduct was not merely unhelpful; it was dismissive, confrontational, and wholly inappropriate for someone in a managerial role. I visited the store for assistance with SIM card issues on multiple phones. She refused outright to look at my device, insisted—without investigation—that the problem was “the network in town,” and dismissed my request to check phone settings. She stated that examining the phone “wouldn’t help at all,” despite my explaining that the issue appeared device-specific.
What was most striking was not just how I was treated, but how she spoke to me and other customers. There is a clear pattern of condescension and outright blatent refusal to assist. This is not an isolated incident; as noted in multiple reviews.
For context, we pay over $600 per month for multiple lines and services. After being refused help, I went to a Verizon store and asked if they could simply take a look at the phone. Their staff was professional, courteous, and competent. Within minutes, they identified that the SIM card was set to offline by default and resolved the issue effortlessly by changing a setting.
As a result, Verizon has earned our full business. We are moving our entire business account to them solely to avoid ever needing customer service at this AT&T location again.
It is difficult to understand why AT&T continues to tolerate behavior that so clearly drives customers away—especially when so many reviews describe the same individual and the same issues. This is not a training problem; it is a leadership problem. Allowing this to continue communicates that customer experience and retention are not priorities.
AT&T should take these reviews seriously. Customers should not have to leave a company to receive basic courtesy and competence.

This store is terrible with the same redheaded rude woman who does not give her name that other reviewers have complained about. I have had 2 iPhones and 2 lines with ATT for about 3 years. Last month I went to the ATT store in Pahrump and spoke to William who is at least nice and the rude redheaded woman who says she is the manager but will not give her name and I signed up for a new 17 iPhone and I cancelled the second line. I paid $250 down for the new phone and I was given in writing a credit for one of the old phones for $700 and my monthly payment went from $260 for 2 phones to $122 for the one new phone.Today I tried to use my phone to make a call and I got a recording that my phone was disconnected for nonpayment and I was connected to the billing department. The lady I spoke to said I needed to pay $560 to get my phone service restored and did I want to pay now.I told her the amount was incorrect and I tried to explain why and she said she could not talk to me without a 7 digit pin. I told her I did not know of any 7 digit pins and I only had 4 digits pins. She said she could email it to me and and she had an old email from years ago i could not access. I asked her if she could send it to my current email and she said no. So I was at a dead end with the billing department regarding my phone service. I then drove to the ATT store hoping they would help me. The rude redheaded woman and William were both there and the rude redheaded woman refused to help. She only told me to call billing. I will be making formal complaints to the Better Business Bureau, FCC, and Nevada Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection. If necessary I will sue them in small court here in Nevada for damages as I have to take the time to do all of this and they are engaged in consumer fraud. Do not go to the ATT store in Pahrump or use ATT for your phone service or they may dead-end you like they did to me

Well, at first, they were very nice to us to help us with our phone lines, Her name was Laura when we got our first bill it was almost 500 dollars For Services, we never asked for, So when we tried to resolve this over the phone, this rude person Laura hung up on My Wife when she just asked her what was going, We will never do
Business with this store again and we have filed a complaint against this rude, bad miserable Unhuman..

I went in last Friday to try and get a new phone via trade in I was told I would have to pay the remaining balance on my phone. I then asked if I got the next up for $10 a month if I could then trade in my phone and get a new one and was lied to straight to my face by a woman working there with red hair. She was also being very rude to me and another elderly couple when I walked into the store. She then proceeded to not name off any other options for me and kept proceeding to lie and be very rude the entire time I was there. I’ve already contacted customer service and have proof she lied straight to my face. I would suggest getting rid of her you guys will continue to lose business and I would like to know her name so I can formally file a complaint for her terrible unprofessional behavior. She did not give one ounce of care to even try and help and I’ve been with AT&T for many years and soon I’m not going to be if this is the people they hire to work in their stores.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Kaitlynn at pahrump store. She was great and very knowledgeable. She helped me right away and it only took about 15 minutes to completely satisfy my issue. Thank you Kaitlyn

I visited the store a few times but this time I am compelled to write a good review , I saw a Chinese elderly woman so impatient she was so rude to all the people here while they tried to help her she kept screaming so I am here to give my best to this store cause each time I came here with a problem I left with a solution because of the amazing service of these skilled employees, specially Kat the most amazing rep I ever met and she was so patient with her , which Is definitely commendable , keep doing the great work Kat and team, pahrump loves u guys and we pray for yiur glory and success. God bless if I can give 10 stars I will .😇

Went into AT&T the other day and was helped by Laura.B with a billing issue I was dealing with. She was really nice, informative, upbeat and definitely put my mind at ease with the issue I was having. Thank you for all of your help and it’s nice to see real customer service still exists.

This store manager is great. He upgraded my phones and bundled in all kinds of extras and lowered my bill.
Best store to buy. He gave me all the tech support numbers I’d need if I had any issues.

By far this is the worst Authrized dealer of ATT I have ever had the misfortune of contacting for help.This store has one sales guy and he does not help with any customer service. He pushes sales without trying to help the customer find out what is wrong with their phone. To top it off he reset my phone without asking me before proceeding and I lost lot of my files.a sales person should never reset your device without checking with you first to verify your info is backed up! All he wanted to do from the beginning was upgrade my phone or activate a new line for me. This place is a hard pass. If you want ATT go to Vegas for it. If you Wana check out the competitor a cross the street go in and talk to them. They have great deals and take their time assisting you to ensure you understand what they offer and how to get the best deals for your new devices or whatever you need. I hope this place hires someone who cares about their customers before he drives everyone away
