“One would expect the worst scenario when broken down outside of Death Valley in 110 degree heat, 60 miles from the nearest mechanic, 120 miles from a big City (Vegas), and 6 hours from home (Phoenix). I was expecting to pay way more than I should to replace the fried engine in my Outback, IF I could even find someone qualified to do it that far outside of Vegas. I experienced the complete opposite. Rico and Nick and the team at Enck's triaged the damage, found, tested and installed a (gently) used engine, and made other improvements while replacing the engine, all at a price that was as low as I could have expected in Vegas or Phoenix. They explained the process of finding, testing and replacing the engine very clearly and thoroughly, giving me the confidence that they knew their trade extremely well and that the new engine would be better than the old one. In the end, I flew back to Vegas from Phoenix once the work was done and Rico picked me up at the airport and shuttled me to Pahrump, saving me significant hassle. It was great to get to know Rico and the story behind Enck's on the drive out. My Subie performed better than it did before the engine changeout all the way back to Phoenix and beyond. It's very hard to celebrate spending thousands of dollars for an unexpected car repair, but my surprising experience with Enck's deserves celebration. If Enck's set up shop in Phoenix, they would be my go-to mechanic. Cheers to Rico, Nick and Enck's. Thanks for making a bad situation as good as possible!”

“Always has good communication, very good work at a reasonable price given the inflation rates. It is hard to find a reliable mechanic shop, after MANY failures in searching, we have been taking our vehicles to QA for a few years now and always had a good experience.”

“Tireworks in Pahrump promptly and painstakingly uncovered and fixed a problem another Tireworks location had supposedly fixed, yet had left unresolved. Pahrump's Tireworks honored the warranty and did NOT try to wrangle anymore money out of me by fabricating additional work beyond the warranty. In short, they were honest AND competent.”

“Diagnostic, the mechanic was was honest, took me to see myself what the problem was and the price of the parts on his computer so all prices were transparent and whether or not I actually needed the service now or if it didn't make financial sense given the value of the vehicle. I decided to leave the car as is as it was still safely drivable without the service and the part replacement would cost more than the worth of the vehicle. You don't often get that level of transparency in an mechanic shop. Would definitely go again if needed and in the area.”

“Everyone there was so nice and walked me through the repair process with my insurance. Had my car restored quickly and all the paint matched (which is awesome since it's a metallic paint). Drives like she did before. Amazing customer service as well, they dropped me off and picked me up. Best place in Pahrump to get your vehicle repaired quickly AND correctly!”

“2026. Just had the oil changed and once again they continue to just do everything the right way. I still recommend calling the dealership for scheduling is there online system again told me it was unavailable. Simply awesome! Again! (Car #2) and now Car #3! Service has been equally as awesome. Very happy with the dealership. As for the on line service scheduling, That is in need of some serious help. I suggest calling the dealership to book your service appointments as the GM on line system has failed me twice now. Fortunately the staff at the dealership got me in on my scheduled times so ya, It's good. 9-2024. Still awesome! Just had the oil changed and got in and out really quick. Spent entirely too much time in the new car showroom. They have some nice looking vehicles. Couldn't help myself. No I did not buy one. Yet. 4.25.25”

“I cannot say enough good things about this shop. When you're in an emergency it's always scary going to a shop, knowing ultimately you're at their mercy. But the fellas here met us with respect, reasonable prices, prompt work, and kindness. If I believed in fate, I would have felt fated to end up here.”

“We first gave a 1 star rating, but after speaking with the owners. We worked thing out. I would just like to say. The work we had done at xpress diesel was great. Jesse fix my fuel pump and wiring harness, and did a great job. This is a family ran company. The only reason I didn't give them 5 star is maybe better communication. I would recommend then on your diesel engine.”
