Tara was awesome today, kind of running around doing everything , took care of the 3 people in front of me in a matter of minutes, and got me my windshield wipers and put them on for me quickly…she didn’t seem to have any help.., but was still on top of everything with a smile…, Thankyou Tara

I needed some parts for my A/C on my truck , the manager Josie helped me , the part was a difficult part to find but Josie researched it , found it and had it to the store the same day , she went above and beyond to help me , I got my truck fixed thanks to all her help , Thank you Josie I really appreciate all your help .

Manager Nathan was extremely helpful in changing my car battery. Very efficient. Very professional. An asset to the store. He is the type of employee that people would be happy to come to the store for his assistant and help.

My replacement was a battery. I spoke with a Tech in the phone in the morning. She was very knowledgeable regarding what battery i needed, options, cost of my choice and Auto Zone would install at no charge after she asked the location of the batter in my van.I was able to get the van to Auto Zone that afternoon, spoke with the same representative and everything took less than an hour.

I’ve been going to AutoZone for 20+ years, and AutoZone has always been fair with the products and pricing. The customer service varies from store to store but I’ve never had any major issues.My most recent experiences at this AutoZone in Pahrump, Nevada was meet with no less than what I expected, actually went above my expectations. Tara, the parts manager, resolved an issue I had with a battery I purchased a few months ago. She handled it with no questions asked and was very friendly, along with the rest of the staff. Just reminded me why I keep shopping at AutoZone. Thanks for all you guys do and keep up the good work.
