Best Western Pahrump Oasis is a good hotel that provides clean rooms where the AC works well. The staff is consistently noted as friendly, professional, and willing to help. The complimentary breakfast is considered okay or fine, comparable to other hotel chains, though the breakfast area counters are a bit high. The hotel is connected to the Steel Bound Brewery and Distillery, which receives excellent reviews for its delicious, authentic food, awesome service, great atmosphere, and variety, making it one of the best options in town. However, the experience can vary. Some rooms feel dated, cold, and uninviting, with very basic and austere bathrooms, and smoking rooms have a strong odor. The hotel has accessibility features like ramps and automatic door buttons, but these can be obstructed. Doors are excessively heavy and close dangerously fast. The newly renovated pool lacks a lift for disabled individuals. A relatively high room deposit is not refunded until about 30 days later. Overall, stays are often acceptable and can be a pleasant surprise, though sometimes below expectations in terms of comfort.
Enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was well kept and relaxing.

We are staying In a pet friendly room and from the minute you walk in YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW!! The rooms are Emaculently Clean ,NO PET ODERS AT ALL!!! Nice area, quiet!! All the staff from the Motel to the Restaurant are Super Friendly!! I give 10 stars in my opinion!!!

Went here for the hot tub. Called to make sure it was working. After checking in and going to it, was disappointed because it didn't work. Was here for a week and it was never fixed. Hotel didn't even want to give me any discount.
