Terrible customer service. They need to retrain their whole staff, especially the one named Alessandra, so rude and snarky when taking my order. Terrible place to eat.

Delicious food and friendly service in a clean dining room. This is probably the best dining option in a tiny city that has mostly fast food joints. Everything was fresh and tasty.

We went here despite some negative reviews and found everything in perfect order. Five stars for the fresh veggies and quality food. Server was amazing. Will definitely recommend.

The first month they opened was ROUGH, but the kinks have been worked out and since then I've had nothing but good food and friendly faces :) Pickup is super easy to do; definitely enjoy the Chipotlane option!

All the counters were dirty. My portion of beef barbacoa was exceptionally small compare to my husband's. The steak was so dried out it wasn't an option. I won't be going

3rd time I've been in there, they never have decent or fresh food. Which is really bad considering how new they are. Chicken is always dry, barbiqoa is always cold and loaded with chunks of fat, lettuce is alway welted with black soggy spots. Never have fajita veggies. We were super rushed on our order and didn't even remember or get asked about beans. However the place is very clean and calm. If they train there staff better and put more into the product quality they could become good or great! For now it's kinda bad! ?

Sadly, I made the mistake of going here $14.75 for a steak burrito with guacamole I put $5.30 in the tip jar because the employees looks like they're working hard however the steak the cheese and the guacamole tins were basically empty and I watched her painfully scraped the last little scripts out of the bottom to make my burrito instead of getting new ones The guacamole came to less than a third spoon. The cheese was about half of normal and the meat was 1/2 of one spoonful but I was hungry so I was not going to complain got out my car and been into it. It was ice cold, the meat, the beans. The rice tasted like they just came out of the refrigeratortry to second bite, but couldn't stomach it through the entire thing in the garbage it went down the street to Jack-in-the-Box

Mixed feelings. I went in hopeful because it's new around here and... it was just a bad experience. The first staff member was nice and patient and sweet. So we were off to a good start as we were deciding on bowls or burritos really quick. We decided and she made the food and we got passed along to the next employee. And she had to label the salsas and stuff for the person I went with and let me just say her sigh before it and then her tone... so rude. Then we had two people at the cash register. The one guy who I'm assuming was shadowing wanted to do all the talking but didn't have any answers to our questions?? I say he's shadowing so it doesn't seem like chipotle is just wasting employees and having all these people up front for no reason but to waste our time and make it feel more crowded. Anywayssssss when I got the chicken I swear she put steak but no it was chicken just really over cooked. Like chicken is a light brown/ tan color and this was dark.. as dark as the steak which is why I questioned it. The place was clean though and it was nice inside. A typical chipotle. So that made up for some of the things. To top it off we get home and the food isn't even warm. Like.. it wasn't like it cooled down on the 5 minute drive home no.. it was cold. So idk if the burners were too hot and then the food over cooked like that somehow so they turned it down and all the food was just cold after that or I don't even know.. I'm not going to try and find a solution or explanation to their problem. Point is I was highly disappointed.

Don't go to Chipotle within the first hour of them opening. They don't have change (you have to use card or have exact change who has that nowadays) they don't have brown rice, and I would have gone somewhere else if my 74 year old father hadn't asked for Chipotle. This is unacceptable for a business to not have all the items listed on their menu available when they open let alone for a business not to have change for the their customers when they open. I asked if it was always like this to the cashier and his response was "I don't normally work mornings." I've gone to Chipotle a few other times and didn't have any issues so I thought mornings shouldn't be an issue. DON'T GO TO CHIPOTLE WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR OF OPENING. YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED OR AT LEAST I WASM I PREFER BROWN RICE AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY. SHOULDN'T HAVE TO HAVE EXACT CHANGE EITHER OR HAVE TO PAY WITH A CARD IF THE BUSINESS HAS CHANGE IN THEIR REGISTERS. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IN MY OPINION.

We are so happy to have a Chipotle in town! The service has been great and the food is not bad, but... SO much salt on the chicken. Please, whoever is cooking the meat at this store lighten up on the seasoning, especially the salt. It literally ruined our last meal.
