The guy here at cricket was rude and very unhelpful I used to have service with them a while back and he refused to help me getting getting my phone released to me which I had paid cash for very disappointed but then again I guess that's what you pay for

This review goes out to commend both employees, Litzy and Kayln. These two wonderful girls helped me at the store about a week ago. They were professional and kind. They answered all my questions thoroughly and got my phone all straightened out. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Employees here are horrible,They cant get a security question set up right. After leaving the store i called support and got the problem resolved quickly. They need to train their in store employees better. Or is it a pahrump people issue?

My husband and I went to the store to transfer our services. I won’t lie, I was dreading the process, but everything went smoothly. Spencer, the employee taking care of us, was fantastic. He was polite, professional, and prompt. I recommend going to this location, specifically, to sign up for services.
