Jaika is a very good employee. She always greets with a smile. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Pahrump CVS is a wonderful store for service and friendly employees

Not a bad location. Building looks a little rough due to the excessive fading from the desert ?️ sun ?
They were having the bathrooms ? freshly painted. It's nice they keep them clean and looking fresh.
Lay out of the aisles was east to west which was different considering every other one I've been in has north to south oriented aisles in the stores. I liked seeing it changed up.
Friendly enough employee on site but you really have to engage her to get anything out of her. Once you do she is friendly.
This location is in the Pahrump Valley Junction shopping Center which has Wal Mart, Albertsons and several dining options as well, among several other stores. There is a Home Depot across the street.
I was there to make a delivery ?
Dock area is filled with trash! Trash is packed under the dock lift as well. Someone needs to find the broom ?....

Average wait time at window is 10 min. Inside is 15 minutes. You hire the lowest functioning employees in pahrump. Glad to hear you are closing. More workers for mcdonalds. You suck.

Worst customer service ever. Now they don't even answer the phone. It's like calling McDonald's to order life-saving prescriptions, only worse cause McDonald's is more reliable. I predict they will not be in business much longer. Staff is pitiful and totally incompetent.

Worst employees at a pharmacy. I have been waiting 48 hours for a prescription to find out the pharmacist “accidentally” deleted my script that the doctor sent over. I have texts from CVS acknowledging they received the prescription and are working on it. The expected me to call the doctor to get it resent. 48 hours with needed medication and they could care less. Transfer to Walgreens and avoid at CVS

The people who work at this CVS are wonderful, patient, cheerful, and professional.
However, the company itself is just awful at everything. Their IVR system is appalling. Their app, and website are atrocious. CVS profits ($8.3 billion in 2023) are used to bribe congress to hinder single payer healthcare. I regret every interaction I have with CVS online and on the phone.

Amanda, the employee who helped me was so patient and helpful!! She went above and beyond! CVS has been my choice for many years. I love using all the coupons I receive and the "Extra Bucks" and they accept my Insurance card for some over the counter items. My most recent purchases had a total of $103., but after everything applied -- i only had to pay $13.86!!!!! An awesome place to shop.

Due to being truckdrivers with a dog requiring meds we get a 6mos prescription. For years this has not been a issue until now. At first he said they didn't have enough beyond 3mos. I politely told him it can wait until you do. I was told the difference was ordered and would be ready the next evening. 2 days later I called, it HAD NOT been filled. They pushed it through yet only gave me half of the prescription and did not say a word. Highly disappointed in the new pharmacist and the shady practices being given to loyal customers.

Cvs closes at 6 today.It is ten minutes till six and the doors are locked ??? But there is a line at the pharmacy.
