What a fantastic surprise and a true gem in Pahrump! Desert Cane Distillery is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates quality spirits and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you're treated like family by the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable owners.
They are passionate about what they do, and it shows in every single bottle. We loved learning about their process, especially the fact that they grow their own sugarcane right there in Pahrump for their unique Agricole rum. The variety of rums they offer is amazing—there's something for every palate, from the smooth Oak Amber to the wonderfully spiced varieties.
The tasting experience was top-notch, and the custom cocktails were expertly crafted. It's more than just a distillery; it's a place to relax, chat, and truly enjoy a handcrafted product with people who genuinely love their craft. We left with a few bottles and a plan to return soon. This is a five-star experience all the way!

I had the pleasure of visiting today. So impressive! Every rum is delicious and exciting. The owner was gracious enough to give me a tour. Willl definitely return. The main problem was deciding which bottle to take home with me. I decided on Oak Amber. But they're all unique and well crafted, even for someone who doesn't usually dabble in rum. Highly recommend!

Really good. Nice vibe. Friendly people. Great service. Absolutely delicious drinks. Do the sampler of all the rum flavors, and then pick a drink. The Mudslide was legit.

This distillery is fantastic; the owners and staff are kind and friendly, making you feel right at home when you walk in. The drinks are incredible, and the price is right; you wouldn't go wrong coming here. They even have tours on how they do their entire process, from start to finish. I recommend everyone to go here for a drink.

Honestly, this place alone is worth the drive from Vegas to Pahrump! I mean, who knew some really tasty rum is being distilled out here in the middle of the desert! Not only is this a great place to taste really wonderful rums, it's a great place to hang out, take a tour and see how rum is distilled and the owners are super nice to boot!

They are down-to-earth people. And you have a great time when you go there, even though you say you're gonna stop for 1 drink, you end up, enjoying yourself for a couple hours.
