“My S21 was not charging and would not work with Android Auto so figured I was going to need a replacement. A friend recommended calling a phone repair store before replacing it. I spoke with Zack at phone zone who was very knowledgeable, he recommended I bring it down so he could clean the charge port on the phone, I was amazed at how much junk was in there and will start taking my phone their at least twice a year just for a good cleaning. Zack thank you for saving the day, if I need a screen replaced or other phone needs I know just where to go. The phone has worked perfectly since I got it back.”
