I wouldn't even get them one star I would give them zero because we have been trying to get my husband's phone fixed since Saturday November 1st and there has been a black lock box on the door and I keep calling and it goes to a voicemail have not been able to receive any reasoning to why they are closed

Make sure you get an itemized receipt and pay after you see the prices on the customer screen that is supposed to be facing you. They will rip you off.

Pahrump Metro since the last month is unacceptable.Not helpful, rude, won't give an itemized receipt, liars and cheats. They overcharge and won't help with my phone and can't even tell me what is wrong.

It's a terrible place to go. They lack customer service, and knowledge on their inventory. They never update their pricing, and misslead you into buying terrible phones. Then won't let you return it even if it's right after you buy it. I'm talking before you leave the store with it. They will not help you at all. They will only sell you another phone at retail. Worse customer service experience I ever had. And that includes the manager. Do not go here, it's bad. I'm switching companies after 15 years of being with them.
