Don't let the guy that sells you the phone put insurance on your account. He is only doing this to up his commission or whatever he gets, my phone is barely a month old and the insurance will not cover that the headphone jack stopped working. The phone was not dropped or submerged in liquid. If you try to use insurance they will tell you it is metro's problem then when you call metro they will tell you it is insurance's problem. Just do yourself a favor and do not let him put insurance on your account unless you enjoy talking to overseas call centers without resolution. The guy who sold me my phone also did not give me my pin and I had to go back to get it. Don't get caught in this scam like I did. Make sure he does not sell you insurance.

I have been going here for years I never had any up until now. I've bought many many phones, and they've always given me great deals. The people that work there now are far away from the ones that used to work there that helped us out. She talked me into getting this phone that she said was a top seller and was a great phone. She was way wrong. It's the worst phone I've ever had. It's not 5G it's slow it doesn't work half the time it's. I came back to see if I could get a new one and the guy working there just sat there and tried to add all the things on my phone and was doing no good. Ethan told me that there's nothing that I could do and that I'm pretty much stuck with that phone unless I want to buy another one at retail. I sent messages to Metro headquarters and never heard nothing back I've had a terrible terrible experience with these guys. I will not go back to T-Mobile Metro until they hire new people that are willing to be more customer service oriented. The people that work there now they are not customer happy, they're not willing to help you out just a terrible. after all the money that I had bought from that store you would think they would be more than happy to accommodate me and help me. I give this rating and -5 but there is. When a customer is led to believe that a certain product is a great product and works very good and is a top-seller it should be a great product and. When your misled into believing something and then you go to bring it back cuz that's not what they said it was they should help you out get you a new phone that would actually be a good

My new phone I just purchased 2 weeks ago keeps getting hot whenever I charge it. The two personnel working there just wanted me to hang out while they put my phone on charge.Think I'm lying about the phone overheating. Going to call customer service instead.

I went to Metro by T-Mobile in Pahrump NvI was having a problem paying my bill with cell phone. This great young lady at the counter was so helpful she also tried to use my cell to pay charges. Some problem would not permit us to pay by phone so it cost me an additional $4.00 to pay cash. She was so helpful and I also purchased a wi-fi system from her. I wish I would have gotten her name she deserves positive recognition.

i was in & out of this place in minutes . one of the customer service reps named Jennifer helped me to figure out the volume on my fathers phone ! she is optomistic and a wuick thinker . i loved the service she gave me and will continue to use my local metro by t-mobile! you rock girl ! big thumbs up . my father is 81 and you know we do anything to make the old man satisfied . thanks again !

I went metro by t-mobile 3050 E. Desert Inn rd , LV. I was told I needed to add insurance instore, I person. Dealt with employee starts with R. Gave him $25 for $23.30 next morning looked at receipt says says l gave him $15 with $1.70 change . Said it should should take 2hrs for update it's been 28hrs I've called customer all day they say that they can see it . But it doesn't show up on my app. This was on 1/6/22 at 4:58pm. I have receipt they won't allow me to give proof from receipt . Dishonest jerks

It says it opens at 10 am mon thru friday but it was closed til 1130 on a monday a few weeks ago.
