Animal Care Center of Pahrump
6981 NV-160, PahrumpMy 3 year old cat was seen on an emergency basis shortly after my phone call to the facility. Her diagnosis was extreme kidney failure, quite unusual for such a young cat, and prognosis was not good. Dr. Cook put her on IV solution and had us bring her back the next day for more fluids, hoping to get her hydrated enough that her kidneys would function better. On a third round of fluids, she was improving very well and began to drink and eat. I apologize for not remembering the lady doctor’s name who also treated her. My cat is doing week at home and will return for a recheck shortly. I am SO VERY thankful to the entire staff for their concern and care.

1601 East Basin Avenue Ste 202, PahrumpDr. Z is truly one of the best veterinarians in the business! She is kind, compassionate, and incredibly passionate about what she does. One of the things I appreciate most about her is her honesty and her ability to explain everything in layman’s terms so you can genuinely understand what is going on with your pet. She makes you feel informed, comfortable, and confident that your dogs are in good hands.
I have two very different dogs. My Pitbull is the most loving, trusting dog, while my Cane Corso can be quite the handful! Dr. Z has the patience of a saint with him. She has always respected his boundaries and never tried to force herself on him, allowing him to build trust with her at his own pace. Today, he trusts her, and both of my dogs absolutely love her! That speaks volumes about the kind of veterinarian she is.
The entire facility is clean, and the staff, both front desk and back staff, are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Making appointments is always incredibly easy, and some of the back staff even remember my dogs. Seeing those familiar faces recognize them and interact with them so sweetly is such a wonderful touch that makes the experience even more special.
It is clear that this team genuinely cares about the animals they treat and the people who love them. Finding a vet you can trust is so important, and I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Z and her team.
I would recommend this veterinary office over and over again without hesitation! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, compassionate veterinarian and a team that truly cares, look no further. Your pets will be in wonderful hand.

I got the veggie burrito with no sour cream, chips and salsa, green and red sauce, and a watermelon drink. Everything was great! The salsa was the perfect spicy, not too much and not too little. The server was very nice when I ordered. I'm not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, this place is great.
