Blood draws here are always simple and fast. Never had a problem with the people that work here. They answer all my questions. We always get the best care here. The offices are clean. Save yourself some time and make an appointment and follow the app. If you do that, it's smooth. The other good thing is if you have an app, you can see your results and track them against past results.

Had blood drawn. The girl was awesome. Hardly felt a thing until she pulled the needle out. The office was clean and smelled like they wiped the chairs down between patients. I love the phone check-in also.

All the phlebotomists are helpful and friendly. This is the one sit that I have never had to have more than 2 "sticks" for them to locate a viable vein for sufficient blood needed. I realize that I have difficult veins for blood draws or starting an IV, so I give them a grade A+ for this!At the last appointment there was a mistake made, which really surprised me. The tech told me that she already had an order from my endocrinologist, and I also handed her a written order from my primary care doctor. When I checked my results online, I could only find the results from one doctor. I decided to call Quest to ask them if they could check further to look for the other results, but she couldn't find anything else. After checking with my physician's office, the results that they have are not sufficient for the doctor to determine if I would need to have any change made with my medication dosage. So...back to Quest I have to go before my upcoming appointment and hopefully the results will be done in time!

Walked into an empty lobby at 7:30 all the nurses were in the back. Got told a 3 hour wait. Requested to be seen earlier as the place was empty. Was told I had to wait the full 3 hours because of their "structure"

I've Never had a Bad Experience here. The ladies who did my blood draw were Gentle & took their time so they found the Vein, being Diabetic, without bruising or Hurting Me! If the Men coming here would be Courteous & remember to Put the Toilet Seats "Down"⬇️ that would be Great!

I will say the process of calling someone to get a hold of at this location is hard. At the same time by walking into the location it's very clean. The staff is amazing extremely helpful answered all of our questions. On top of that. The signing is very easy to deal with with scanning your ID getting you into their system, we truly appreciate how easy the process was no paperwork to fill out, not needing to speak with somebody at the front desk made the process much easier. We also wanted to say thank you to David for providing information that we never knew and guiding us in the right direction

Usually go to Labcorp but Quest has a lab at Intermountain where my doctor's office is so I decided to let them draw my blood. BIG MISTAKE. The lady started looking at my left arm & I told her to use my right arm because people have difficulty finding a vein in my left arm. Iasked her twice to use my right arm & she said "oh no, I can do it." Week later have a big bruise & lump on my arm & it is still so very sore. Will post pic. ?

Quest diagnostics isn't all the problem. The ride sevice, however is. The time comes to change the appointment no one answered but a computer. How are those of us call for an appointment. I am a little frustrated.

Took my mother in this morning. Was surprised no receptionist. Watched for well over an hour as a phlebotomist would come for a patient and get bogged down helping two to three people with the kiosk, hence the long wait. Noticed the floors very unclean in the waiting area, diagnostics room and bathroom. Been to many quests this one very disappointing.

I wish I could give a minus FIVE. I believe that the staff needs to get a lot more customer service training and corporate needs to be more responsible and both are heartless. My wife for the past 7 months has had several serious illnesses and I need to prove her with support every day and every place she need to attend. She was scheduled for a blood test to get ready for the next step of her treatments. I took her to Quest Diagnostics in Pahrump Nevada and the following happen:A lady came from the back room (someone told me her name was Lisa (not sure)). The lady looked at me and said “You need a mask on”. I said “I was in a rush and forgot my mask”. I then said “Will you provide me with a mask and I do not like the idea of leaving my wife without me”. The lady said “I will not provide you with a mask and you need to leave”. I said “I think by law and the CDC states that if you require a mask and I do not have one, you have to provide one”. The lady said “. You are wrong and if you do not leave, I will call the police on you”. I said “It is 109 degrees outside and I need to be support for my wife”. The lady said “I will call the police, if you do not leave right now”.I left and found a mask in the car and returned to the waiting room. Everyone in the waiting room said how wrong the lady was and I should file a complaint. I got home and called customer service and reported the interaction. The lady taking the complaint information could not believe what happened. As of today, I have not heard back from Quest Diagnostics.I suggest you go to Labcorp at 1420 E Calvada Blvd, suite 200 in Pahrump or one near you for better customer service. I am very unhappy with Quest Diagnostics and with a heavy heart I write this review.

Absolutely terrible. Would give a 0 if I could. The highway 160 location you have to make an appointment to be seen however they didn't have any available the day before so we tried a walk in and was turned away. Went to the one at Intermountain and couldn't be seen because we didn't have a doctor at Intermountain. My husband had to have fasting labs done and couldn't wait. Had to go back to the doctors office and change labs. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
