I went to Super pawn shop in Pahrump and I LOVE the staff working there. I was in on 10/18 and Chris and Justin were very accommodating. Gave me fair prices and made me feel very comfortable with selling items that were very important to me at one time. Thanks fellas!

Stood in line for 30 minutes while they talked about everything but pawn. Left with my stuff. Not worth the literal time. Worst customer service ever. Never even acknowledged my existence.

Manager isn’t too welcoming. The team is not great at communicating and will take their time to chat with one another before they assist you. I get the job can be stressful, but the staff being condescending is the main reason I will do business elsewhere.

Went to find a necklace. Nice, beautiful choices. Mini was extremely helpful. Even got my necklace reduced. Her patience n friendliness were top notch. Definitely going back. This blue kyanite ring just exquisite.

The store is nothing but a picky resell shop, you can't get offers on anything unless it's $30 for a $300 item if you're trying to sell/pawn. Wouldn't recommend anyone shop or sell here. Worst place I've been to in years

So I put a digital manifold set on layaway they told me it was 1900 new that I was getting a good deal for600 I believed them and then put 75 dollars down when I got home I looked up item and can get new for 300 went back the next day and they realize they make mistake but would not lower the price dirty business so I'm gonna lose 75 intentionally deceived me by telling me it was worth 1900 I believed that is against the law

Absolutely the worst pawn store possible. Owners must not have a clue about how bad their managers are! Terrible, terrible experience with stupidity at it's pinnacle... Avoid this establishment...
