I am a senior and found that US Bank waives fees for seniors! Morgan Salazar at my branch opened my account and was extremely helpful and patient with me. She helped me set up everything online. She was kind and quite knowledgeable. If you need help, find Morgan Very grateful.

Purchased a product on eBay, the seller sent junk. Informed US BANK and filed a fraud report. Well USBank takes a very long time to do nothing. I closed my account in August 2023 .Lost $66.66 .

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady at the counter EXTREMELY rude. Three tellers, I'm the only one In line it took them exactly 2 minutes and 13 seconds to acknowledge me because they were talking amongst each other about NOTHING work related because I could hear them. FINALLY the blonde lady turns to me and says "did you need something" no jackass I'm standing in line at your bank for my health I closed my account immediately. Wells Fargo is your best bet for a bank in pahrump. I've been with them them for years and using the pahrump location since 2021 and NEVER had a rude or unhappy teller. All the bank tellers there are EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

Total lack of customer service at almost every business in this city. Everybody plays their I'm so sorry--"Covid card" when confronted by a disappointed angry customer who's been treated like they're just another number.Unfortunately our younger generation will never get to experience of an honest, good old fashion caring bank with real customer service.

I opened up a new checking account here today, and I have to say that customer service was top-notch.Keala W. was my teller, and she was not only very professional, but also very friendly. She's a definite asset to the US Bank team. Everything went quickly and smoothly.Additionally, I found out that as a military veteran, the maintenance fees are waived for me.Thanks, US Bank. Glad you're here in Pahrump!

My grandmother lives in Pahrump and has never in 5 years had any issues with this branch until this week when she went to the location on December 28th and they were closed due to "an emergency". She then had to drive an hour and a half to a branch in Las Vegas, but they were unable to help her because the service she was looking for required an appointment and there were none available that day. The good news was that the teller was able to make an appointment for the next day back in Pahrump, so she went home expecting to meet with someone this morning at 10am. When she arrived at the bank this morning there was no one there but her and some lady from the back came out and told her they'd have to cancel her appointment because there was only two people there, even though no one was there to be helped but her. SHAME ON US BANK, this is a retirement town and you're the only branch there. SHAME ON US BANK for not calling your customer to share that they needed to cancel or move the appointment. This specific need was so that this bank could accept a wire of over 100k. SHAME ON THEM but also shame on us for banking with them.
