Avoid the place like the plague! This place is dirty and should be investigated! I've seen used car salesmen who were more honest than these liars! They are not even owned by Verizon; they are just licensed to sell their products and screw the people of Pahrump anyway they can as they walk through the door! Don't get screwed the way I was!
The store salesman (Chris) lied to me from the time I walked in until the time I left! First, he lied to me about getting a free phone when I subscribed, then he lied to me about getting a senior discount, and then the biggest lie of all was that we would pay $146.03 a month for the two phones we got there.
A month later, I got a bill for $355! I noticed that I was getting charged for what was supposed to be a free phone, and I was getting charged for my trade-in that was supposed to be an even match. They also said they were going to pay off my old phone. Three months later, and three follow-up calls, it is still not paid off. They are not going to pay off your phone; that's another lie. What they do is keep asking for more information on the old phone until they wear you down and get tired of submitting it.
When I went back to the store to confront them about the lies I was told about the free phone and other benefits, the manager told me that the particular phone I got wasn't free, and Chris was a new employee and didn't know any better. In fact, that was the excuse for every lie I confronted him with.
When I asked where the senior discount was on my bill, the manager said I seldom see anyone get a senior discount, and Chris was a new employee and didn't know any better, so I got screwed there, too!
I tried calling Verizon corporate, but I was transferred to the Philippines, and they were almost useless! I did find out that this store was not owned by Verizon, but they are authorized to sell their phones and screw any Pahrump citizen who walks through the door as badly as they want to, and Verizon won't do anything about it!
They will tell you anything you want to hear to get your money. They told me my payment would be the same as my payment with T-Mobile. So, buyer beware!

I walked into the Verizon store and I spoke with Anthony! The experience was the BEST! he talked me right through the process. They even helped me with some of the deposits because I only had part of it! I will not talk to anyone else from now on! Anthony was so sincere and understanding. Everyone must go see him if you need a new phone! I was also in and out in just 26 minutes!

We in yesterday to change out my Moms phone to my old phone. Rep helped me and ended up with a new case and shield. Phone works and looks great. I did beat it up pretty good. They were friendly and did a great job

The manager helped us, with numerous issues, and suggested a new plan more tailored to our usage and needs. We discussed which phone would be appropriate for my emergency service during my month-long road trip to the Coast. We certainly were pleased with all his help and we'll look forward to seeing him again. I should mention we've been with Verizon for 37 years now!

I walked into the store, expecting to order an iPhone 17 and they happen to have one available and it was just closing time at 6 oโclock, but they still stayed and helped me set up the phone and also I bought an iPod pad and an Apple Watch salesman was excellent. You need to hire more like him.

I stupidly switched my phone over to Comcast thinking it would be a great deal due to the lower price they offered. Well that back fired and it took me over 3 days to get my phone switched back to Verizon and that was only with the wonderful help of Mia Kowalski!!! It took us an hour and a half but she was so patient and so great about getting my phone taken care of. Thank you so much Mia!! Youโre a great asset to Verizon๐๐๐

Once again Verizon amazes me how they screw you over telling you one thing and then you see something completely different on your bill. I have been with them for 25 years and Iโm switching like millions of others. This company swindles you any way they can. I really feel bad for older people that they take advantage of. This should be criminal.

I just want to thank Anthony for his excellent service yesterday evening ๐ I was a stress out single mother & he lifted a weight of my shoulders, thank you for looking out for me and finding the most affordable situation.
