If there was another Walgreens in Pahrump, I’m sure this one would be shut down immediately. The roof leaks, the employees seem depressed and there are bugs everywhere… I will be calling the health department today since you have food in the store.

I appreciate the excellent staff at this pharmacy. I was helped yesterday (10/1625) by a knowledgeable and caring person who went out of her way to ensure all my needs were met. She was kind, friendly, and patient throughout our interaction. Also, when I was leaving the store, the cashier by the door said a friendly goodbye. Having the folks here show they care lifted my spirits, providing an unprescribed medicine, especially welcome when I’m not feeling well.

I want to give this store a better rating, but do not understand why a single man is the only person running around and helping everyone.
He was amazing, but whoever you have running this store shouldn’t leave employees on the to work by themselves. I will be calling corporate to complain about how this Walgreens is being run.

The Pharmacy is poorly staffed and lacks knowledgeable staff. People should never struggle to get a script filled with insurance provided. I was told my birthdate is in accurate. However, if you use my husbands birthdate and attempt to file my script under his name of course it wont verify. Common sense, properly run pharmacies, and friendly educated staff is much needed at this pharmacy. If you have options choose another pharmacy. Avoid the needless headaces.

Got an email that said the Pharmacy is temporarily closed. Moved my prescription someplace else and canceled at this Walgreens. A few hours later, I get an email saying pharmacy is open again. Canceled with the other Walgreens in Vegas and resubmitted the prescriptions back to this Walgreens. Got a message today that my prescriptions are ready. Just about to leave to go pick them up and I get another email saying that the pharmacy is temporarily closed.
These closures have nothing to do with their Half hour lunch break situation. It's a completely different issue.
ANYway- Are you open?Are you closed?What are you doing? Can you get it together? You are a corporation. Take that corporation type money that you make and hire a Pharmacists, maybe 2 and while you're at it, pay them a living wage so they will STAY.
THIS IS- LIKE -BUSINESS 101.
When you opened your first pharmacy in Chicago a hundred years ago, I'm pretty sure you had a pharmacist. You may want to follow that plan in the future.
Corporate: IDK why we cant keep a Pharmacist? They should be happy to receive the pittance that we provide!
CEO: I agree. (LIGHTS a cigar with a 100 dollar bill.) So ungrateful. Anyway, can you have my assistant, bring my Porsche around. I'm late for golf.
Get it together. Geez....

I really want to say good things about this pharmacy but my prescriptions are not always ready, check back Monday. Sometimes they don’t even fill them I have to ask. I think switching pharmacy’s is my only option as this one doesn’t work as it should.

I wish I would have gotten the young ladies name who helped me checkout yesterday. She was so helpful, polite to all customers in line while checking out and checking in deliveries at the photo counter. Please give her an increase as great employees are so hard to find!

Shirley at the Pahrump store is the most patient person at the register. Very friendly and knowledgeable too
