The staff are very kind and very eager to be accommodating and helpful. They are however very short-staffed for such a massive facility. They simply cannot upkeep and it's clear they do their best eith what they have. The rooms are dated, shabby and run-down. There are 4 elevators per tower all in the same cluster so getting to rooms is definitely a journey. There are two towers and a total of 1242 rooms with very limited cleaning staff. My sheets had what appeared to be old blood and it took 40 minutes to wait for new sheets. Another visitor had his entire window fall out. All of the restaurants were closed. Apparently they only open for events. The carpeting is dirty. What I see here is a clear-cut case of neglect by the owners who don't pay a liveable wage. If they renovate the hotel, it might actually be a cool place to go. Really fun place if you like to be accessible to nature

Rooms are awful, filthy dirty. Stay in tower A if you must stay. The place has sadly turned to a ghost town! Primm valley is absolutely even worse.Food & drinks: Dennys, taco bell and mc Donald's are your options and pizza which was the best, lol ?

Room smells old but beds were very comfy. Food at the buffet was cold and gross. Made me sick. Concert Arena was ok. Just very loud.

Location to Vegas is good. Basic rooms. Dented heating cooling system and Kleenex holder. Both being held on by one screw. Bathroom filthy. Hair on shower floor, shower door railing has crust of dirt, tile floor looks like it was mopped with a pail of dirty water. Complimentary hand lotion and body wash had been used. Bed linen was clean. Hallways had crusted "something" matted in carpet.Rooms: See above. I have stayed in cleaner Motel 6 rooms.Noteworthy details: There for a concert. Arena had good seating. Sound system and acoustics were poor.

We were greeted with a long check-in line with poor coordination and an understaffed front desk to power through it; took most people 1.5 hours - 2 hours of waiting. As much as I'd like to say it was even worth the wait, it really wasn't. The room and bathroom was dirty and we weren't even provided towels. The beds don't look cleaned, nor do they look like someone checked them for more than a second to clean off all the dirt and grime.Overall, not at all worth it and everyone we talked to agreed they would likely just stay in a nicer hotel and drive half an hour than stay here again.

They really need coffee pots in the rooms.

The room was ok. The bed was comfortable and everything appeared to be fairly clean. No frills, no microwave, no refrigerator. The shower head hair in it, more then 5 or 6 strands. I'm bald so it wasn't mine. There was some kind of lint on the bathroom floor right by the sink. That's why it got two stars for the room.Cleanliness was almost ok in bathroom. Again the bed was great. I slept well.

The rooms were so gross. It was obvious that they were not cleaned. There were no hand towels or washcloths. I encountered 2 housekeepers in the hallway. They gave me a bad time about trying to get the items from them. I bought a bottle of alcohol and cleaned up the room myself. I got the towels from another housekeeper on the first floor. She was the complete nice and very cordial. This is so sad, and not acceptable. ?Rooms: Rooms were gross. This is not acceptable. Before the conert people were commenting at the bar as well.

We arrived and there was a long line. There was a sign that said, "skip the line..." It told us to scan our barcode, then go to the fast check-in lane.I did the process and went to the desk. The representative was already arguing with another guest about the policy. She said, and I quote, "we only allow you to skip the lane when the lanes are shorter. We have a long line today, so please get back in line."They only allow u to "skip the line" where there's no line? That's hilarious!!!!!!The room was ok, nothing special. The casino is nothing special. The roller coaster is out of order. There's nothing else in the area, in line with entertainment.I needed some towels, it took 4 hours for them to bring it to us. I got this hotel as an alternative to Vegas - nah, I'd rather just stay in Vegas, at least I'd have something to do. ??♂️If you can pay about the same price to actually stay in Vegas (an hour away), I'd take it. For this hotel being so far from ANYTHING, it should have been MUCH CHEAPER.My advice is it is WAY overpriced to be so far away from civilization.Rooms: Average. The ice machines on our floor were all broken - we had to travel to two different floors to get ice.Nearby activities: There is NOTHING nearby.Safety: In the middle of nowhere....Walkability: ZERO!

They gave me a price and a receipt. They put a $50 room deposit on my card and was refunded at checkout. Then they charged on my card another $29 plus tax fee. So the rooms actual price was $29 plus the original amount. Filthy place.Rooms: Never returning

This place is a total dump, although the bed was comfortable. I only came here for a concert. I will never stay here again.

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. We went into our room. We had no blanket, no pillowcases and they had stains on them. The shower had mold on the outside. We called to ask for those things and towels and we were told they weren't sure if they had any towels to give us. I want someone from corporate to call meRooms: Dirty the bathroom floor was sticky with mold outside of the shower.
