“The rooms have been updated from back when I came in May, Does NOT smell old and dusty anymore so I like that a lot. Very few slot machines left but I was told upgrades and going to continue so that’s a plus… service is always great here love driving down here for the concerts so worth it.. excited to see this come back to life slowly”

“My husband and I have been coming to primm & Buffalo bills for years so to the improvements is a good thing. We Checked in May 1st got 3 rooms when we got to 1 of the rooms It was not clean properly. So I immediately brought it up to management's attention. When we got downstairs, we spoke to hollie she immediately called the manager Aaron, Aaron moved us to another room immediately he went above & beyond and take care of the whole situation.
Hollie and Aaron have excellent customer service.
The diner food is good the host Fredricka was rude to every Hispanic person that walked in she told us our wait time was 10 to 15 minutes we ended up waiting 47 minutes just to get a table another hour to get our food i know and understand that they are extremely under staff our waitress Aurora was very nice and took good care of us even with the rush and all the other task she had going on there was other staff standing around doing a whole lot of nothing if they stepped up and took initiative the process could have been quicker and ran alot more smoother
Cashiers cages needs more staff especially when the exchange machines go down.
Other that the diner and cage everything was excellent”

“Whiskey Pete’s is a fun, low-key and nostalgia-heavy casino with cool props and nice staff sprinkled through its casino floor. The building has a vibe of its own with a mix of old-Vegas charm and western-centric appeal. Perfect place to spend your last dollar and get lost in the desert=)”
