It is not the same place, I. Remember when I was younger? The place is a dump.

Very little going on. What a shame, this used to be such a beautiful place.

This place was just creepy, huge place 3 cars in the lot. Walk inside the floor is torn up. The few games they had were so far apart, I guess to make it seem like they had something going on. The entire scene was straight out of the twighlight zone. Same with the place across the interstate.

Man, where do I start. We had stayed at Primm Valley Hotel a week prior to the Covid shutdowns, and let me say that it is still the same. I thought the A tower that time was just opened for an event we had gone to then, but I was surprised to see the same thing after the Pandemic, so there's no excuse. I'm a firm believer in second chances, but this just lacks attention. The check in was nice, easy going personnel, but the real let-down was when we arrived around the backside and into the B tower. I'm not asking for the world as a guest. But damn! As soon as we walked into the hallways, the carpets are just disgusting, feels grimey, the ice machine looks like it has mold on it, hell, you can see dust on the edges. We got passed that and hoped the rooms were in feasible conditions. NOPE! When we walked in the room looked something like a 70's adult film set. The carpet felt dirty, the restroom wasn't very clean, the shower tub was dirty, I had to wear my flip flops to take a shower because I don't want to catch a case of the Athlete's Foot, felt like I was back in the joint damn near. I'm sure they need to service the Diverter valve because water was coming from the shower head AND the faucet at the same time, so there was no pressure. The damned pillows had makeup from a previous patron. You could hear the folks in the upper floor walking around as the floor was creaking like the Titanic before it sank, I was expecting for some fellow named big Mike to fall through at Any moment. My wife was trying to call the front desk with no answer. We just gave up and said ok we can ride this one out and luckily, we carry disinfecting wipes. TO THE MANAGEMENT AT THESE RESORTS: It may not matter to you, but you will NEVER see my business here again for the HOTEL. The only good thing here is the Arena for the events at Buffalo Bills, we will visit this area. But for our health, we'd rather pay an Uber to Vegas next time. I have paid cheaper for hotel rooms and got places where you can almost eat off of the floor. (Wouldn't do it, just saying).....If you're a customer and you're thinking of staying at Primm Valley, I wouldn't do it, but it's your choice. I really hope in the future they can make these hotel towers A,B, and C better for the sake of the next folks that stay. By the way, my whole group that visited feels the same way or worse.
