Crooked criminals through and through. Took extra money when I made a purchase, then tried to short change when I cashed out of a slot machine. In fact, he still did short change me when I told him I wanted the full amount of the voucher. It was $87.86 and he tried giving me just the $87. He then said the change was $0.16 and acted like I didn’t need the lousy $0.16. I told him it was $0.86 and I wanted it. He gave me $0.75 so I let it go. So they took $0.17 at purchase and $0.11 when I cashed out. Seems petty but multiply that by the400 customers they will steal from throughout their shift and it adds up fast. If I so much as took a penny from the floor, you know these people would have me beheaded. But they can blatantly steal my change from my transactions with them and I should be ok with that.

7/18 I walked in to this store at 10:45 pm & witnessed the cashier screaming at a customer calling him explicit names in front of children. I don't care what the situation was, an employee should never scream at customers while cursing & calling them names. I'm surprised 7-eleven has employees that act in this fashion. I'll never bring my children back to this store.

What the frick bro. I came here with my poo bear, brockington, for free slurpees, on free slurpee day. To my greatest disappointment, the gentleman inside said he was no longer serving free slurpees. In a rage, I decided to throw $700 in the slot machine, because I was so angry. I am now out of a free slurpee and $700.

Update! 11.4.23: Business means money! Great job to 7-Eleven who fixed their parking lot in less than a week!! Also with the Sev rewards, their brand pies are $1 right now.This is 1 of 3 local 7-Elevens near my home. Heads up, right now the parking lot is under construction and there are only 4 parking spaces available. I stopped by for some coffee and mini donuts. This sev didn't have mini marshmallows, but they had fall themed sprinkles as a coffee or hot chocolate topper. They also have a cinnamon shaker and a couple flavored syrups and the creamers we're stocked. I took a pic of the current flavors of the coffee machine--I like to use these as my creamer. If you belong to the Sev rewards, right now their brand of mini-donuts are $1 and this deal goes through the end of October. They were soft and not stale, so that's a positive! For being early morning on a Saturday, they had a decent selection of dogs and taquitos on the rollers. The other hot foods window just had a pepperoni pizza available and no breakfast items like their menu offers. Chips, candy, and drinks seemed to be stocked. Ambience-wise, I've noticed whenever I come in this store, the employees usually don't interact with you and engage as little as possible.

Ice cold Drinks? Not here. Drinks are always warm here. Especially the beer. Every time I've been, the drinks, all of them are always warm, slight cool. After 12 or more times noticing this, its not because I got freshly re-stock drink. We should get a discount if the drink is cool/warm and not ice cold. Never had this issue at another 7-11

I have had nothing but good experiences at this store. I work until late at night, so usually stop there around 11pm, and the gentleman working there is always very friendly and provides great service. He is always cleaning or stocking, but immediately stops to help me.

There are only certain 7-11's I will go to and this is one of them, just based on the employees. They are ALWAYS kind and caring. They make a point to know the regulars and even remember your name and that goes so far in my book when it comes to customer service.
