Machine for money order not working, yet the dude wants to laugh in my face about this?!?! Disrespected time and time again in this location smelling like a busted septic tank.... Then again, maybe if the staff knew about proper hygiene and customer service this wouldn't come up. as a common courtesy.... AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

Don’t give receipts. got my bag bought an energy drink and two shots. They didn’t put the zyn in the bag. They put the rest of it in the bag and then when I called because I was already almost home and noticed it. They tried to say they put it in the bag and I had to argue with them a little bit and they told me to come back, but I live too far to come back. Don’t go here. They aren’t honest and they’ll steal from you

It's 7-Eleven so nothing special. The place is tight, the neighborhood is sketch and the line can get long.
The employees have always been up front and don't take any nonsense, I don't blame them because of the area, but if you handle your end then you'll be in and out.
I usually stop in for a blunt wrap or a late night 5th. Just be vigilant after dark.

I am deeply concerned by the current state of this 7-11, The pricing is egregiously high compared to other stores nearby, and while it may be competitively priced with the gas station on the corner, it unfairly forces customers who have no other alternatives to purchase food at steep markups. Furthermore, the customer service has noticeably declined. The staff seem to engage only in superficial conversation at the checkout, lacking the humanity and charm that was found with previous management and staff.
This decline is disheartening and undermines the 7-11 experience. I would highly recommend that anyone in the area who has found themselves allured by the bright red and white neon, search elsewhere. As far as this 7-11 in particular is concerned until they address these issues.

New ownership decided it is a good idea to make the first coolers all alcohol so the kids that go there for sodas have to walk by all of it before making it to the sodas and juices in the back corner. Staff is not friendly and do not answer questions. I'm not sure if that is a language barrier issue but the last time I went, I asked how much a single roller was since the price was not listed. Instead of answering me, he voided the entire purchases and scanned everything again. The soda fountain was dispensing Powerade instead of Coca Cola, some kind of juice from the Powerade, Dr. Pepper was water, etc. They didn't bother to change the drinks so they would dispense what the customer wants.
The staff is not friendly and the owner stopped stocking things I would specifically go there to pick up in a pinch, like creamer. I'm sad about the change in ownership and staff but I'm even more disappointed that I won't ever be going back. I've been in this neighborhood for over a decade and going there now makes me feel like I'm an unwelcome customer. So again, I'm not going back. I'll just go to Maverick instead.

Overpriced me on some chips and one of the workers were rude because I was taking a minute to buy some snacks, my card was not working. I was not stealing so why be rude that my card declined once. Makes no sence and one time I bought a yoo hoo they sold me a hot one when they have cold ones in the back. Could of got me sick there supposed to be cold!

This is my favorite 7/11 to go to, even if I moved, or even when I'm out, & be a closer 7/11 I'll drive out of my way to go to this specific store!All the employees treat my son & I like family, & are always very welcoming.

Been going for years, I've only had positive interactions with the employees.. any problems the manager Angie is pretty good with it.. "she is always there, ALWAYS" she works hard. If she is a little grumpy it's because she is running a whole store, and there's a lot to running a business people don't realize that's involved.. good job guys!

Employees there are so rude and they have accused me of stealing from them twice but refused to check the cameras when I asked for proofs I was literally just there and they did this to me again. But this time the lady came around the counter saying she’s gonna “hurt” me and called me a “crackwhore”! Came out the store yelling those obscenities at me! This lady had worked there for some time and is always hella mean to me! I wish I knew how to make a complaint!
