I was double charged at this 7-Eleven, and when I brought it to their attention, they flat-out refused to fix it. Instead of correcting their mistake, they dismissed the issue as if it didn’t matter. That’s theft, plain and simple.
A business that can’t be trusted to handle a simple overcharge is a business that shouldn’t be trusted at all. If this happens to you, check your receipts and your bank statement—you might not even realize they’ve taken extra money from you.
This is not just poor customer service—it’s a serious financial issue.
Under consumer protection laws, businesses must resolve incorrect charges. By refusing to do so, this location is engaging in unethical and potentially fraudulent practices. I have reported the charge dispute to my bank and will be escalating this to consumer protection agencies.
Terrible customer service. I won’t be back. Pay attention to how they run the registers. 1 man going back and forth between both terminals. Multitasking? I think not. It's how mistakes are made and your money stolen. Or maybe it's part of scam to confuse customers so they can overcharge? It was less than $20 and now that fraud is going to cost me $35 at my bank.

Worst 7 Eleven I've ever been to. I live right by this store and I go out of my way to not go here. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and stopped to get some snacks for my kid's lunch at 5:30am, I wasn't in the store for 45seconds when the worker started yelling at me that I need to "check out or leave" bc their cleaning crew was about to be there and they were closing the store. They always close the store in the middle of the night and tell ppl ridiculous stories. I work at
a 7 Eleven as well, and it's a mile away from this location, I work graveyard shift and I get complaints on this store daily bc usually when they close their store - we get their business. When they are open, they try to keep any loose change and only give you back the dollars, even if it's like 75cents, you have to ask for your proper money back

I came in around 2am, as I work the graveyard shift, to grab a bottle of sweet tea.
The cashier didn't up charge me like other folks have stated, however I only bought one item, but the store definitely has a crime problem.
People hanging out in the front and sides of the building drinking alcohol, turning tricks, tweaking out, asking folks for money and sizing up folks possibly to rob them. While walking to my car a guy with a backpack up downed me looking like he wanted to tussle but didn't commit.
If you stop in after the sun goes down definitely be vigilant, don't leave valuables in plain sight, don't take any nonsense and lock your vehicle. You definitely have to be on your toes at this 7-Eleven.

Worst 7-11 of all time. Scammers work here beware. Overcharging items / adding extra items you never got. 0/5 Stars. Always check your receipt. Rudest workers I have ever experienced. Your money is the only thing that exists to them. The owner/manager is in on it as well.

DO NOT GO HERE! These guys are scammers. They have been charging my card insane amounts without my permission. On NOV 17th they charged me an extra 80 dollars. On November 1st they charged me an extra 75 dollars, on December 3rd they charged me an extra 77 dollars and on Nov 24th they charged me an EXTRA 160 DOLLARS! This 711 is ran by immoral crooks with no honor.

Store is always in great condition and I go to specific 7/11's for the Diet Coke fountain! it was great as usual... The team members there were very happy to greet me and finish my transaction.Oh Thank Heaven for a Great 7/11
