The card reader wasn’t working properly, they had no wiper fluid on everyone that I checked, and the receipt printer didn’t work.

Went there to buy money order.i smiled at the cashier looked like he ignored I asked politely may I please buy $ money order please he answered with rude attitude how much I told him the amount I wanted.he asked me again with rude attitude how much..I told him again..he keeps asking me how much I told him the amount 3 times already..when he gives me my change back he short me $. I think he did that intentionally..even then I thanked him for the service..still he ignored..is this how the seven eleven customers service now a days..may be he needs training for the customer service ..

Unfortunately, the gentlemen I asked to buy Tobacco product from, with proof of ID via US passport, mentioned by Nevada law he must scan an ID. I said law is different than the constitutional right to buy, sell, or trade. He then refused me tobacco product “I’m not selling this to you now.” Then allowed me to pay on register alone, as he walked away into the back room, before transaction was processed. No reason for this attitude and unconstitutional behavior; denying American citizens ability to buy. You don’t own 7/11 dude..

Was just accused of putting something in my pocket by manager. When I told him I didn't, I was getting money from ATM, he continued to corner me and tell me to empty my pockets. When I showed him what I had he did not even offer a apology

Horrible experience, deceitful practices. Went to purchase an item, which rang up nearly 35% higher at the register than it said on the shelf. When I brought this to their attention, then went to get the tag, verified that it was the correct tag, quickly hid it behind the counter and then played dumb saying that it rang up correctly and there was nothing they could do. The refused to let me see the tag, wanting to take a picture of it. All they can do is scan the item and demanded I pay full price. The 2 ladies were not only extremely rude about the whole thing, they were saying I was wrong about it all. When I contacted corporate, they brushed me off and didn't even acknowledge the problem. Is this the new norm for 7-11? Bait and switch their customers hoping they wouldn't notice and being price gouged?

Nice 711 store. Stop by to refill gas and grab a Slurpee and hot dog. Plenty of flavors available ok the roller. Store was clean and the cashier was quick and friendly.
