Yesterday 10,9,24 I pay for gas and didn't get it..but they charged me...I asked the guys they didn't help me ..this 7 eleven is horrible đŤ and the cashiers they are RUDEEEE..THIS IS THE WORST STORE IN RENO

Went in to buy taquitos for the 150th time at the same store, but today a new person helped me. They even accused me of trying to go behind the counter when trying to order my taquitos. The other 149 times I ordered taquitos, the man took my order at the hot dog / taquito roller. Today this person decided to accuse me of going behind the counter and " you don't order over there, you order at the register." This is actually not true, and the previous 149 trips will prove that. I'm not sure if it was the Modelos, Marlboro reds I purchased, or the color of my skin, but the employee treated me differently none the less. I am seriously considering a different 7 eleven for my future taquito needs.........

I don't u derstand why this 711 hires all people that can't speak ENglish. I've lived in this neighborhood for 15 years . And it's all the same. Their foreign can't speak English. Why can't the foreign man that owned this 711 hire people that speak ENGLISH? is he afraid he'd have to pay them MORE?!!!!!

They have the more expensive beef jerky hanging in a spot with a less expensive price tag. All throughout the store they have stuff like this. Total scam. Be careful what you pull off the shelves at this store.

The price per gallon on Dec 2nd was $4.659 as posted on their sign. I put in my card and went through the steps, it asked for my rewards for an 11¢ per gallon discount, I entered my number and it adjusted the price. I pressed the regular button that showed $4.549, when I pumped the fuel I was charged $4.789. I was charged for mid-grade with the discount. I did not select mid-grade. Maybe Weights and Measures needs to pay them a visit.

absolutely DO NOT go here.. we were parked waiting for a pump in our RV with a tow (you cannot reverse). after 15 mins we went inside and asked the worker if they could move their truck so we could get gas and or pull through. the lady told me she would ask the guy if he would move it. after 5 mins we went back inside and asked AGAIN. he said we should just pull to another lane. this person was parked at one of the pumps right in front for over 20 mins not getting gas and just chatting with another employee.

Most of the gas pumps don't work.I found one that worked, but it has a stuck button and I'm unable to enter pin.Found another one, but it says to select grade of fuel, and I press the button for 91 oct, and nothing happens. Had to leave and won't be coming back.

Zero stars! Not be racist but the Hindus that are running this store are charging for toppings that is for the food and the food is hard and horrible customer service very rude and speak in their language while attending you.
