This 7-Eleven is noted for its great location and friendly staff who offer greetings and are constantly cleaning the store and sidewalk. The Slurpees are cold, and the food is delicious, including taquitos, boneless wings, and egg salad sandwiches. The staff is helpful in signing customers up for the rewards program to maximize savings. However, there was an issue with a missing pump start button on the premium fuel. The store is considered above and beyond by many, creating a pleasant experience.
I'm genuinely curious if the owner of this particular location realizes that the Graveyard employee that always wears a baseball hat and face mask faithfully locks the doors between roughly 1am and 4am every single night that he works. It is absolutely ridiculous!

I dislike the 7-11 on Parr Blvd in Reno, NV because the store owners and employees do not allow you to use your rewards points for a discount on store items and gas. It’s pure greediness.

This 7-Eleven is one of the worst. The coffee is rarely fresh and the lines are always long. The cashiers never move with urgency and sometimes rude AF. I give this place 2/5 because I usually stop in out of necessity but it's less than convenient.
