Came in got some nachos the cheese ran out i asked the employee if they had more cheese didnt say a word just switched it out i tried it and it was cold unsanetary then he says i was supposed to pay first and i said ok but i am not paying for cold cheese when it was hot a minute ago he was really rude older gut with a turbn medium beard very poor service

This place is a rip-off. Tried to overcharge me and when I said something, he tried to say they had a price change and they weren't going to honor it. I started to say th3y have to honor the shelf price or I was going to call weights and measures and that changed his mind.
Also all the case food was old and the soda actually TASTED dirty, however that works. ZERO STARS... will not go back.

I'm genuinely curious if the owner of this particular location realizes that the Graveyard employee that always wears a baseball hat and face mask faithfully locks the doors between roughly 1am and 4am every single night that he works. It is absolutely ridiculous!

I dislike the 7-11 on Parr Blvd in Reno, NV because the store owners and employees do not allow you to use your rewards points for a discount on store items and gas. It’s pure greediness.

This 7-Eleven is one of the worst. The coffee is rarely fresh and the lines are always long.
The cashiers never move with urgency and sometimes rude AF.
I give this place 2/5 because I usually stop in out of necessity but it's less than convenient.

This guy is not about giving customers value. He was not helpful with the app and he would not allow me to redeem my points. This guy was literally trying to bilk me out of money. He literally told me to get out when I insisted that I get the points.

They claim they do not have a bathroom for paying customers. How are the employees working their shifts with no restroom?? If we weren't empty for gas , we would've gone somewhere else.

Right across the street from the county jail. It's always too crowded in the morning to make purchases comfortably. The older cashier is rude. I'll be going to Maverik for my morning goods from now on.

Refused to give me my receipt when I bought gloves and a beanie . I had a 100 bill and I had to put it in the machine for the uneducated cashier to give me my change but the funny thing is I did the math and am pretty sure he took more money out of it than he was suppose to and then refused to give me receipt . Terrible customer service ! Taking over

Just went to use the atm to pull out cash, as I’m walking back to my car this lady that seems suspicious was at the register talking to the register lady. The creep lady with pink hair stops me and says “hey, who you looking for?” Uhhh tf? I was using the atm. It’s none of your business, and sure as hell ain’t looking for you. The lady behind the counter said nothing but seemed to be friends with this lady. Down right rude.
