Rude clerk made my partner pay for my drink even though i was behind them in line and didnt even put my drink near the counter yet, just scanned their drink twice. Then when I walked up he looked annoyed and didn't let me buy any Buffalo chicken rollers. Poor communication. Just going elsewhere from now on, there are a lot of other 7/11s after all

The fruit pies are outdated. They're dry they're horrible! I would stay away from buying anything that's perishable from the 7-Eleven. I don't think they take anything off the shelves if people don't buy it I think it sits there till someone does get tricked into buying it You'll see a picture of a fruit pie that was so dry it actually could not eat it because it was so stale. It was uneatable.I would also say that customer service is very questionable. They (the employees) don't seem very helpful when you go in in the 7-Eleven convenience stores they're not friendly and they don't come across as people who want to help you with whatever you're looking for. It's kind of a shame because they're on every corner and they control majority of the convenient store business here in Reno . I would hope that management understands that employee should be nicer more kinder and easier to approach and should offer to help the customer. If you need gas, I would stop and get gas. If you have to run to the store because you're in a jam to pick up something I would run to the store and pick up some thing but if you have a choice to go to any place else than a 7-Eleven, until they improve how they talk and act and treat and become more approachable, I would stay away from 7-Elevens , especially the one on the corner of California Street next to Reno high school

Farewell forever, 7/11 on booth street. These owners are unbelievable rude and dismissive, as if we are taking their very important time (usually on their phones) and interrupting their conversations. They never say hello, goodbye; or my favorite of, "thank you"...We all work hard for our money, so yes, I will never step foot in this location again. I'll drive to maverick or go to CVS. They need to learn social skills and gratitude. Honestly, their behavior is truly disgusting.

Buyer beware man sold me 2 old hotdogs today and when asked if they had chili or cheese just kept repeating no you cannot have it on hot dogs. Machine was in a corner probably had not been used in a while. I don't blame any business not letting people do it themselves but just pure laziness to sell old food and refuse to even allow something that simple. If you do buy food check dates and don't turn your back on them for a second!

Employees not wearing masks or wearing them on their chin. Really poor effort when the store has signs about mask wearing. I’ve been going to this store for years. No more! Under non COVID times, the employees still had poor customer service. They can’t seem to get off of their phones. Some even play loud music from phones. That’s just bad business. Stopping my business at this store for good.

The 7-eleven on 690 Booth St, Reno, NV 89509 occasionally charge customers for the wrong items. This is the second time I have been charged for more than what i actually bought. I purchased a pack of batteries for about $5 dollars the cashier did not give me a receipt and said "have a good day" so i left. I went home to check my balance on my phone and it came out to about $8 with description: "Gasoline". It's not a big deal but I'm sick of being lied to on purpose. He knew he was going to over charge me so he didn't give me the receipt and quickly said "have a good day" so i can f*** off. The second time i bought a bottled of water and a bag of snacks, this time he charged an extra bottled of water. I forgot to check the receipt when i was there and found out later on. I have disputed both charges with my bank and hopefully i can get my money back. Do not both calling them because they would not pick up and you cannot leave a voice mail The employee also did not wear mask but has a sign to wear mask on the front door.

This is a little store, and you can buy some stuff here, maybe a packaged burrito, definitely snacks and cold drinks. Not a restaurant.
