Man what a friendly normal cool guy. Too late for coffee kind of just the way it is but still got something to drink. I don't mind getting it not getting exactly camphor but customer service goes a long way thanks good job nice clean wide open store

Be weary of using tap to pay. They have lil animal figures glued to the tap to pay on the readers that looks awfully suspicious

Cockroach crawling out from the boxed cookies on the register counter. Clerk was friendly but saw the cockroach and did nothing. No apology or explanation or attempt to get rid of it. I took a video and will be sending it along to corporate because of the health hazard. I hope you can correct this issue.

The self serve interface at the pumps are not working. All the buttons are not functioning especially cancel the transaction.

Worst 7-11. Dirty store. Clerks are rude and would not apply my .11 off my fuel purchase. Will not use this location. The 7-11 on Rock and Longly much better.

Bathroom was disgusting. No toilet paper. Garbage strewn all over. Changing table was filthy, and the sink area was too gross to even attempt washing my hands. Only restroom servicing Wendy's and the Asian restaurant, seriously, the Health Department should inspect the whole building because if the bathroom which is under the 7-11's maintenance is this bad, any food prepared by 7-11 will probably make you sick.

I have never been into this location and had the clerk give me as much as a smile. By far the worst 7-11 staff in Reno. Rude, not helpful, and quite frankly seem to not even care if people come in at all, seem to want an empty store constantly. I recommend the new location at Rock and Longley. That staff is great

Went in to get a few snacks and to use the restroom before work, when I asked for the restroom key they didn't even acknowledge I was there until I raised my voice so they could hear me then they just said it's closed. I don't care for greetings but the cashier was rude and a total turd those places most people use them to just get a quick snack and take a leak or a deuce! First time walking in here & I Will never go back to this establishment again.

The worst 7-11 in this town. The old lady there was yelling at someone when I walked in today, “Don’t touch anything!” I’d go somewhere else. These people don’t deserve your money.

Was overcharged then yelled at from across the store when trying to get price clarification for the 1/8 hotdog. Horrifyingly bad customer service, I will never return.

Tonight is Aug 19 and its 12am just came inside the store I wasn't greeted at all, the clerk scanned my items and at the end of the transaction he didn't wait for me to put in my rewards number, and never asked me if I wanted a bag. Let me tell you folks something if you want ABSOLUTELY no customer service this is the place to go shop.
