I wish there was an option for a no star rating. I stopped at this 711 to put gas in my rental car before returning it at the airport , I was running late to catch my flight. After unsuccessfully trying for 10 minutes to pay at the pump I had to walk in to prepay for gas, as outside payment was not working. There were two guys at the register, one was just a spectator other one, who was ruder of the two made a bad face and said something rude in his native language which I didn’t understand , so I asked him excuse me, he said not talking to you I am taking to my partner. Good thing I was just visiting and don’t live there so I don’t have to see these idiots again

Stopped here for a hot chocolate and it was the worst hot chocolate drink I’ve had. What happened? Gross watery chocolate.

Hope always been satisfied. Have always been able to pay outside and receive my discount. when I go inside to get snacks staff is always courteous.

Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff zero communication dirty location this location def have to change staff just someone who knows how to smile and be nice with customers and be clean this location is just not to go there are others around go to there that you don't have to deal with b******* with your money. Terrible terrible terrible experience

I will no longer go to this store. Employees have AirPods in ( all the time ) and are talking on the phone in a foreign language. They do not acknowledge you or your purchase. Store is filthy. I go 2 miles out of my way to go to Maverick because this place is so bad.

This place completely sucks. Half the time the pumps don't work, card readers are out of order, etc. It's been going on for a LONG time and these jokers are too cheap or too stupid to fix the issues.

Bathrooms have been locked 6 of the 7 times I've been here. I've asked the staff if the bathrooms are open. They say yes. However even after waiting 10-15 minutes no one leaves the bathroom. On the one occasion a single bathroom was open there was no toilet paper or paper towels. The only "toilet paper" was a wad of napkins on the floor of the bathroom. Staff is also aloof and intentionally avoids customers.

The cashier was on the phone I believe, I hope, but was yelling in a foreign language the whole duration of my perusal through the store. Then I went to the counter and he came over to help me. He rang up my 2 cold monster energy drinks and walked away to the side of the counter by the hot food. I couldn't quite see what he was doing but I heard bags rustling and assumed he ran out of bags by the register and was grabbing more. I assumed wrong. After standing there another almost 5 minutes while I started this review, and then grabbed my 2 cold drinks (FYI its 3:35AM so it's not hot outside, it's 56° so not freezing but a bit chilly and my hand were freezing!) As I walked out I hollered "Thanks for the bag." I didn't care to bother to hear if he responded or not. All in all the in-store experience at this 7-11 was awkward and the Cashier was rude and not very good at customer service. whoever worked tonight needs a talkin' to from his boss and a few classes in customer service. (*Also* When I started this review I was going to give 3 stars, but changed it to 1 by the end after leaving the store.)
