Visited this location today, and it was by far the worst 7-Eleven I’ve been to — and the reason I won’t be returning to the chain. After filling up my car, I couldn’t get a receipt at the pump and had to go inside. I waited in line only to be treated very poorly by the staff. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common theme with 7-Eleven locations in the U.S., but this one stands out as the worst of them all.

Your company needs to crack down on the swing shift employee I had to talk to him today regarding safety and health when it comes to drinks with food we are not allowed to fill drinks up or touch food this employee is becoming a problem he doesn’t want to work or help door dashers

I come in to this 7-11 nearly everyday. As I live right next door to it.
The older guys are super friendly and nice.
However the younger guy they have in there in the evenings, is always on his phone and just ignoring customers. I constantly see customers getting pissed off and irritated with him.
Same with me, that's why I'm taking my time to write a review.
He's on the phone talking while the lady in front of me is trying to be rung up.
He don't greet, ignores you, and makes you stand there and wait.
The lady got fed up and just walked out.
I go up, ask for my stuff and he's just still talking away in his phone.
Last week I walked in there, and no one was in there. I literally stood there, in the store for a solid 5 minutes. Thats pretty bad.
He then comes walked in from around the side.
C'mon, man, you're at work. Pay attention to your customers, greet them, and get off your phone when people are there. Its very rude.
No wonder you only have a 2 star rating!
The other guys are fine. This younger one, I think needs a different job not in customer service!

Had a deal for a vape device plus 2 pods for under $10 and he tried to scam us and make us pay over $12 without tax and then tried to only hand us the pods and no device. When we confronted him he tried to hand us 2 packs of pods instead of the device and fought us the entire time when I tried to get a refund for not getting what was advertised.

Stay away from 7-11. Their outside payment machines never work and always asks you to go inside. No tap to pay not acrylic nail friendly.

Tried to use the air compressor outside and the tip that inflates the tire is broken. I went inside to get a refund and the owner got very flustered with me and told me it’s not his machine. He didn’t even know how the machine worked. He refused to refund me and told me to contact 7-11. I’m not going back there.

Just tried to get air for my tires this morning so I put in $2 of quarters into the machine and it still refused to turn on. I went inside and was directed to talk to the manager which then walked out with me and said, he couldn’t give me my money back, couldn’t turn on the machine for me. I then mentioned air can’t legally be charged in Nevada and he just walked away. This 7/11 is owned by thieves and I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Please fire the Indian worker... I went inside and he immediately went off on me, wouldn't sell me a vape or alcohol with my ID. Completely racist and the rudest customer service I've ever had. Please fire him immediately I can't believe a worker can be this rude.

The employees are super rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend this place. Can't wait for the market down the street to open.
