I think it's important sometimes to update reviews especially when it seems that they have worked on an issue you have complained about in the past.
I left a review a few months ago about the employees being rude and generally unfriendly.
I'd like to leave a new review because the last couple trips I have had great interaction with the employees. Twice it was the same gentleman there early in the morning on Saturday about 7:30 a.m. who is super friendly and always seems pretty jovial and kind.
And this morning when I entered the store it was a different young man who was also very kind and friendly.
There used to be an older gentleman who works graveyard who was all so pleasant but it's been a long time since I've gone in during those hours.
Anyway just wanted to thank you for the good attitudes and kind demeanors I encountered during my last couple visits.

The owner is wonderful and there is another guy he is nice as well but the new people and the old guy they are rude and over charge. They also do not like answering the phone.

I love 7-11, a brand I knew well from the east coast where IAM from. Philadelphia & the surrounding communities has tons of 7-11s. So when I visit a store is reminds me of home. The have the classic BIG GULP for your thrist quenching hot summer days. Now they have their own brand drinks, chips, food, and one of the best things ever. They allow you to use your EBT card to purchase a cold or frozen pizza and then they cook it for you!!! Yes you heard me correctly what a game change for anyone who had EBT and doesn't have a way to make hot meals this is amazing!!!! True Facts, when I was roofless this was a GOD send during the cold lonely winter days. Something about a warm meal especially pizza to make you feel, All Good!!! Be on the street can get very lonely & cold 🥶, Real Talk!!!! This store in Stead is brand new!!! The people, here in Nevada & that is Neva-dah !!!!!! build some really stellar stuff. True Facts!!!! Great service, Great products, Great Store!!!!

I went in to purchase a couple of small items and tried to get cash back. The cashier told me I could only take out $10. When I asked if I could do two transactions to get $20 cash back, he raised his voice slightly and adamantly said, “No, you can only do one transaction and one cash back, period.” His demeanor and quick reply made me feel like he was going to tell me to get out for asking. I gave him the items back and left immediately.
I was put off by this interaction and went next door to Walgreens, where I was able to do exactly what I asked without any attitude. Every time I drive past this location, even though I might need something, I honestly prefer not to spend money here.

Most toxic costumer service your get in Reno. Just get gas and drink. Dude point need move my car pump not working. No sign on it try get pre pay pump car bot at. Move car go inside mouth off team worker than help with service Let he wait no reason. I been to better 7-11 in oakland,ca

Most of the time the pumps are broken and when they do work they pump incredibly slowly. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to put 12 gallons in. I always regret stopping here.

My Slurpee started to melt waiting to check out, the cashiers never move with efficiency or urgency when there is a long line.
You're lucky to have two cashiers, most of the time there's only one.

MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TOTAL BEFORE PAYING!!! I've been here multiple times where the employees double scan stuff or randomly add stuff to your total hoping you won't notice, it not even like a a one item add on, they'll add on $5-$10. If you're buying a lot of items always double check cause that's when they'll full blown take advantage. They advertise deals that they don't even up hold when it comes time to check out. They had a deal on bangs 3/6.99, I bought six total comes out to almost $19 at regular price. I tell them about the deal. He takes off about $4. Right as I'm putting my card info he adds it right back. Catch it before you leave or else they'll just tell you it's the wrong receipt. I'd give them negative stars if I could. Shame people like that exist, taking advantage of people hoping they won't notice.

Their cameras don’t work. A couple of people were caught beating their dog in their parking lot. Any crime that happens to you in that parking lot will not be recorded. That makes that 7’11 an easy target for crime. Don’t go there until they get their cameras working. Also shame on them for letting people commit crimes in their parking lot.

These same 2 guys that work nights will charge you more than what they are suppose to. I called them out on it and they got mad and started talking aggressively in their language. Scammers. Be aware!!!
