Best storage in reno. Staff is amazing and they always go above and beyond! I always recommend this place to anyone who asks. We have been here for years!! Will is awesome and the lady that runs the front office (I forgot her name!!!) Is amazing as well. They are always super helpful and friendly!

A-American storage is a clean and friendly place to come store your stuff. The office employee's are just great they go beyond to help you in anyway possible and I love that they are open 7 days a week and only close on major holidays. THANKS WILL FROM A-AMERICAN WE APPRECIATE YOU.

Absolutely the best storage experience!
American Storage on Valley Road is hands down the best in town! Will is amazing at his job — professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to help. Rebecca is so patient and won’t stop until she’s sure you’re completely satisfied. And the manager is outstanding They Provide The Best Security Thanks To Onsite Manager Clean Environment Even if it was cheaper somewhere else I wouldn't go🤫 whoever hired this team knew exactly what they were doing💯. You can really tell they care about their customers here. Highly recommend!
