I was hoping this store would be better. Full of garage sale junk and souvenirs that you can get in downtown Reno. I was very disappointed that there was only a couple of stalls with nice Nevada made products.

Love love this place. My daughter and I were in here for over an hour. Lots of cute, very unique things and gifts. A must visit for any Reno stay.

Whoa! So much things packed into this huge shopping area. Lots to see! The couple of men and lady working there are wonderful and friendly.Omiyage/gifts galore made in Nevada. You name it, they have it. Clothing, food, trinkets, furniture, coffee, resale, vintage, high end photography, crafts, key rings, fancy jewelry..... And more. What fun to explore this almost craft fair market set up in climate controlled comfort.

I love the fact that the shop is huge and has lots of variety. Yes, they have local made items but they also have booths occupied by local antique, collectible, and junk sellers. This really makes the store more interesting. You eye can spot that special item that you can't leave without. It could be better if the local and the independent shops were separated by a partition. That way those who only want Nevada made can get just that. I enjoy seeing both and I love variety. Our city needs more "rent a booth" spots for locals. I would be interested in one since I have collectables I been hauling around since the 1970's. We saw a vacant booth and wanted to inquire about it. My husband waited in the line (5 ahead of him and 2 behind) until his turn. The cashier or employee behind the counter told him he would have to wait because paying customers come first. What? He had one simple question and instead of going behind the line (there were 3 there now) we walked out. I was standing off to the side to buy a few items but I had questions about them and wanted to browse some more. But instead because of her rude attitude, we walked out. I would love to have a booth here or even shop here but I want to be treated respectfully. I am here to spend money just like everyone else, whether it is for a trinket or rent for a booth (by the way the rent is higher). I will go back but if we get treated unfairly again, I won't be back. Two stars off for attitude of the cashier, store is great.
